I went to have a tooth that I chipped fixed and paid $124 for literally NOTHING. All they done was tell me I needed all this work done and that my chipped tooth was not a priority.
Then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay $11,000 for a root canal and $1,700 for a deep cleaning. Needless to say I left bawling my eyes out and furious. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! It is a complete waste of time and money

I had an appointment to have the prep work for a crown. The dentist filed off too much of my tooth and exposed the nerve. I have been having pain since Friday night. Called Monday they would not see me until Wednesday. I got there this morning and they were closed. I called and left a message, and they finally returned my call. I was told that the Dentist was out sick. They said they didn't know when he would be back in the office. I ask a logical question what I am suppose to do about the pain the answer I was given is i don't know what to tell you. This is not a way to run a business.

Decided to try them since they are in network for me. They used $1,300 of my insurance cleaning my mouth when I came for a tooth ache. Didn't even attempt to help me.
She was upset when I was sitting down with the billing department in pain might I add trying to convince me to spend $15,000.

This screams predatory from the beginning. Knowing that I could barely sit there because I'm in pain.

I will not go back, nobody can afford this place even with insurance.

Being terrified before going in...it was not what I expected from a chain business!!
The staff was great and Katie was a total angel 😇 Dr. Collins was great as well!!

Been going here for 3 years nothing but down hill. Finding another dentist.

They trap you with a credit plan an a long schedule of work. So once you realize they owe you the work and you are stuck.

Will call you the day before an appointment to make sure you will be there even if the office closes.

If you schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and schedule off work, they will call you last minute and tell you the dentist will be out of town.

Excuses and terrible service is all they offer effectively. If that's what you are in the market for this is your spot.

My visit was a consultation, they were very friendly and eager to help in anyway they could..

I can't eat with these things and gag with them in my mouth, I wanted to be able to eat as well as have a better smile. So it was a very expensive mistake.

Dr. Dickinson was so patient with me and did a wonderful job making my smile look beautiful and I'm pain free because of the results. Also shawna in the office and shay as the awesome dental assistant made me feel right at home and answered my many questions with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this office. Also the sweet young lady that greeted me and got the reception started was very kind and helpful as well, I don't remember for sure her name but I think it is kim.

Went in for check up told me I needed wisdom teeth pulled and some extensive cleaning on my teeth. Asked about scheduling the cleaning because it was the least expensive thing I could afford due to no insurance. Was told I had to get the other stuff done first cause that was the "doctors plan"

I can understand that they want me to get the wisdom teeth pulled but I cannot afford the $4000+ cost upfront.

The staff is ALWAYS pleasant & makes you feel welcome. Not one complaint about the service.
