I am always welcome by everyone in this office. I followed the person whom I trust sincerely with my dental health to this location. The award goes to Kim Starkes. She is warm, caring, funny and completely takes her job seriously. If there is a nook or a cranny of plaque, it belongs to her. 😂 Thank you Kim for your dedication.

Not a lot of people enjoy going to the dentist, but I do a little more every time I go here. They are always friendly, honest, and up front about the work they perform. The OM is on top of everything and it shows, top to bottom. Would recommend!

I am new to the area and needed to establish a new dentist. I noticed a small cavity (I had never had one before), and was able to get in right away. The staff was extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. The atmosphere helped my nerves. My filling looks great! It blends in so well with my tooth that you wouldn't even know that I had a cavity to begin with! I am very happy with this office and will continue to see Dr. Binns in the future!

Called in the morning about a broken tooth and they were able to get me in same day, even as a new patient. Every single staff member at this office was so genuinely nice and compassionate. I have an extreme fear of the dentist, so Dr. Crumbaugh took the time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I can not say Thank You enough!

I've taken multiple members of my family and the only thing consistent about each visit was they asked for a bunch of money. I paid it once. Pay attention to what they are billing for. I found nearly 1000 dollars of charges noted as extra 15 minutes for work that hadn't been done yet. When I questioned them they told me that should have been explained to me, that's it. They also won't use the filling material covered by insurance so that was going to cost nearly 500. If you use the oral surgeon that's in the same office they charge you 50 dollars as a consult fee. They told me there is no way around that, insurance won't pay the consult fee so it comes out if my pocket. Isn't that a copay which I'm not required to pay. Crooks.

I have anxiety towards the dentist. These ladies made me feel so at ease. The whole time they checked to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain and asked if I was ok. All of the staff is pleasant. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I moved from Lee Summit to Blue Springs. I didn’t wanna have to drive to Lee’s Summit to go and get my teeth cleaned. Blue springs dentistry was just a couple minutes from my house so I made an appointment. Such a wonderful staff. Highly recommend going there.

I only had 2 1/2 appointments and then I stopped going to BS Dentistry. My first appointment consisted of a lot of expensive X-rays and filling replacements. It was so much going on and it took so long that I didn’t realize until after I left that no one cleaned my teeth. I went in for a cleaning and left paying close to $400 out of pocket. On top of that, I was told that all of my teeth needed to be deep cleaned which would cost around $2000. From the research I found online, it is very rare that teeth would be that bad and require every tooth being deep cleaned. I have had it done in the past and only 2 of my bottom teeth needed it, not all of them. The next day one of my fillings fell out and I had to go in and have it replaced.

During my second scheduled appointment I stayed focused because I was not leaving there without a cleaning. It was a long wait but finally I was in the chair for a cleaning. I was reminded about the deep cleaning of course. Anyway, the new Dental assistant girl put her gloves on, brushed my teeth with the little spinning tool and then she flossed my teeth and told me she was done. Okay, I have been flossing and brushing for years but I have never flossed last. My mouth felt so dirty after my so called cleaning but it gets worse. I got out of the chair and was talking to the assistant. As I was standing there, I watched her go in the next room and pick up dental tools and move things around all while still wearing the gloves she used to floss my teeth. Finally I had enough and as she was coming towards me I asked if she was going to remove the gloves and she said yes and then started taking them off. Heck, she had already contaminated two rooms. Anyway, that was my last appointment. They are Gross and Money Hungry! You have been warned.

I FEEL LIKE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ACTUALY MEANT FOR ADAMS DAIRY FAMILY DENTAL. NOT BUE SRINGS DENTAL A.D.F.D ARE THE ONES THAT RACK U P OUTRAGEOUS BILLS AND FALSIFY TREATMENTS NEEDED. THEY SAID I NEEDED SO MUCH WORK MULTILE ROOT CANALS AND RUINED 2 OF MY TEETH BLUE SRINGS DENTAL SAVED ME AND CLARIFIED I DID NOT NEED ALL THE WORK ADFD SAID I DID..
AS FOR THIS OFFICE BLUE SPRING DENTISTRY... I cannot say enough great things about this office! They saved my teeth ruined by Adam's Dairy family Dental. They have AMAZING options for payment plans. There's no guilt trip for being too broke to afford certain treatments. They work with you on payments. All the work I have had done ,I have had Zero post issues. Today I went in for a broken tooth without an appointment. I figured I could get a temp fill and come back another day since I had just walked in, No, they took me right back and fixed my tooth and put my crown in all in the same day same office. I was so grateful! Galina and Bri are So so so sweet and have amazing memories! Asking about small details of my personal life , How was your vacations, hows your daughter (by name) .Its the little things like that ,that make you feel like more than just a patient. Best customer service! you wont be disappointed. And IF you are or have issues, they will make it right with you promptly!

This is the best dental office I have EVER been to by far. The staff is wonderful and have become my dental family. The quality is top ranking and I would recommend to everyone.
