Wanted to let you know that I was looking for a new Family Dentist in the process of three implants right now. Each time I called today I was left on hold for excessive amounts of time both times I called. Ended up calling another practice that answered the phone when I called and made the appointment. I understand being on hold to handle another call but this was excessive amounts of time.

Overall very disappointed with the Dentist and the exam that I received today. I see the Dentist once a year and she was in and out within two minutes. When I asked about one of the concerns that the dental hygienist gave she indicated I assumed that you knew everything.

Dr. Gaugh is awesome. Always takes time to explain everything and make sure you have all your questions answered. I am in the process of getting dentures and no, that is not a picnic, but Dr. Gaugh and the staff at Blue Springs Dentistry go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I feel like family every time I visit. Hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had!

This is a very sales driven office. Went in for a cleaning and it ended up being $1000 worth of "work." Mind you my insurance covered the exam and a cleaning. But I wasn't even given an option. I didn't even get the basic cleaning that my insurance covered. They are nice people but as I stayed, this is a sales driven office. Keep that in mind when and if you go....

This place is Awesome. They can pretty much get me in anytime. Also a tooth I expected that was a trigger to my migraines was crowned by the expert dentist Dr. Gaugh dramatically reducing the migraine frequencies. The tooth was looked at by six other dentist and they all said it looked clinically fine. So glad I chose this place over the hundreds in the area.

This is absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been to. Not only were they running two hours behind, but when Dr. Chow finally came in to see me, he was mostly concerned with the pizza the staff had ordered. The staff was trying to be funny but instead they came across as unprofessional and immature. I came in for a surgical consult but I will not be returning! I think they realized how terrible they were because they said the visit was free.

Definitely recommend this dentist office! As soon as you walk in the door you can feel the good vibes! Dentist was very knowledgeable. I had a few dental concerns but Doc made sure we were addressing my major concerns first.

I am a 42 year old guy who is terrified of the dentist. I had a cavity that i let go for to long and ended up having to get my tooth pulled in a hurry, just days before my wedding. They where very accommodating in getting me in very fast since it was an emergency type situation. It was pulled almost painlessly. I'm not sure anymore why I've been so scared of the dentist for the last 30 years.
