My first visit at Dr. Burgdorf's office was excellent. All of the staff members were kind and gave me personalized care which I had not experienced at my former dentist's office. The dental hygienist, (I think her name was ) Ashley took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what she was doing before she did it. I told her that I have extreme tooth sensitivity and she accommodated my needs which really lower my dental anxiety. Dr. Burgdorf seemed to really care about my dental health, not just selling me dental care. I am someone who dreads going to the dentist but after switching to Dr. Burgdorf's office, I've learned that going to the dentist isn't scary. I have recommended Dr. Burgdorf to all of my family and friends.
