The last experience at Aspen Dental was not good. He pulled my lip so hard and long, I didn’t think it would form back to the original state. I was there to get a temporary and get fitted for my permanent. They stated that there would be soreness but he could have handled it much better! The root canal performed by a different dentist at another location (not Aspen) was a beautiful experience compared to this sloppy work. He knew how to put the proper items in my mouth to hold it open and provide comfort. The Aspen dentist either is new or a returning dentist. I’m sure the last location sent him to this location on St. Charles Rock Rd.
Also the assistance and I had already discussed the coloring of my permanent but he came in and changed it to a darker color! If my teeth are at a level #1, then why change it to a level 2? I’m sure they didn’t think I heard them….
When I go back next week, this experience better be top notch or the next review in going on every social media platform known to man. The 1 star if for the assistant. I believe she was new!

They were amazing. I booked an appointment and was seen the next morning. They were informative, very thorough. Even got started on my treatment plan that same day. Referred me to an orthodontist for my root canal. Definitely would recommend.

I am a senior patient who bought replacement dentures. The bottom denture has been uncomfortable since I received it. I tried for about two weeks to try to get used to them. I made an appointment and was seen for a very short minute and told he couldn't do anything to fix the problem. I am very disappointed. I can't wear bottom plate for more than 4 hours without discomfort. I'm very uncomfortable eating.

Excellent experience all around from customer service at the next, the assistants and especially the dentist that fulfilled my extraction. Before I knew it after the numbness, my tooth was out and it was time to depart. Very well pleased 👍

My Hygienist, Madeline, and the Office Manager, Janaki, have stolen my heart. Both are passionate about giving patients a positive experience. Madeline performed a deep cleaning but I didn't feel a thing and her results were above my expectations. Janaki was most welcoming and patient, answering every question I had. I'm no dentistry fan and not easily pleased but I highly recommend the Bridgeton Aspen Dental location where you'll be in great hands.

Called them and asked if they accepted my insurance. Made an appointment. They called me again to check if they accepted my insurance. I got to my scheduled appointment and they instantly told me they didn’t accept my insurance. This makes me wonder who I talked to on the previous two occasions that couldn’t check. I feel like they just wasted a few weeks of time as I’d been trying to get an appointment for about 9 weeks.

1st Visit (original post-read below for the update)The Best Dental experience I’ve ever had. (I needed an emergency extraction) my appointment was at 11:15 and I was riding home with my mom at around 12:47pm. The front desk staff are quick and efficient. The dental hygienist was amazing and so comforting. The dentist was thorough and precise with the extraction. He explained everything to me and I didn’t feel a thing. And the cost was affordable. Literally in and out. I will be scheduling a cleaning soon. 💕
2nd visit***UPDATE-Consultation/CLEANING****
1)the receptionist was rude. I stood right in front her waiting on direction too long, then I had to say "soooo, what do I do" she replied "name". 2)The hygienist Stormi made a weird (slightly racial) comment about my name. She said my name incorrectly and I corrected her and she replied "God Help our parents" or something to that affect, basically saying my name was too much
3) The dentist was all over the place(NOT THE SAME FOR MY EXTRACTION), he was telling me my issues, saying i needed extractions and referring me to someone else but it was definitely felt like he was throwing me away
4) I scheduled this appointment in January as a new patient, gave my insurance info and everything, once I got to the office manager to schedule the actual cleaning (this was a consultation appt or something) he tells me that my insurance has to have a doc assigned as primary, i said ok, assign the doc, he THEN tells me that the doctor i just saw for my consultation is not taking new patients so I had to find another office. Essentially the BIGGEST waste of my time. OH But they did convince my insurance to "cover" the appointment...so they still got paid....yeah. something aint right.
**MY EXTRACTION THE 1ST TIME WAS AWESOME, BUT MAYBE I WAS IN TOO MUCH PAIN TO ACTUALLY SEE WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON***
NOTE: The dental assistants are AWESOME (the ladies who bring you to the room and take your x-rays) AWESOME! My last one was the only highlight from this appointment! I cannot remember her name but she wore a Hijab that matched her scrubs and her name started with a "R", she was so comforting and sweet and constantly checked on me during my long wait times for the Hygienist and doctor. Yeah im good. Thanks for a waste of a off day Aspen....on to find a dentist....AGAIN.

I went in today for a appointment and the service was absolutely amazing I never in life experienced such a nice group of people before; from the walk in to the doctor I loved it there shout out to Roselyn!
