I didn’t have a bad experience with the dental hygienist. They were amazing. What I had a problem is they made mention of how good the insurance that we had. My husband and I told them not to exceed the amount insurance approved. They did exceed and we still had a large bill. But, what was the most horrible thing is they told us both we had several cavities. We didn’t go back. We went to another dentist and we were told we had NO cavities. They wanted to drain our insurance fund and lied about cavities. Stay away from this business. This was appalling to me! We now have a dental office who is honest and are focused on our dental care and not to spend as much as they can on what your dental insurance will give them
