I needed an emergency appointment and they got me in within a couple hours. They pulled 3 teeth with no problems. The staff was really helpful and the Doctor was great and very attentive of my needs. I definitely highly recommend this Dentist office.

I needed a crown. After fumbling around with it for over two hours, the assistant called in Dr. Capetti to fit it. The assistant then grinded away for another 45 min and it still wasn’t fitting. She had dropped the crown down the back of my throat several times in the process. After being in the chair for three hours and several attempts it was finally placed. Well, it shattered within three weeks. So I had to go back out to get a temporary and begin the process over again. When the permanent came in I had to go back out. It was the exact same thing as the first time! Except the process took even longer! Therefore, I cannot give Sugar Creek a good rating.
