I've been living in Asia for several years and wanted to get my teeth cleaned while at home in Fenton for a couple of months—a tall order, given the holiday season and the coronavirus pandemic. Thankfully Ashley, who answered my call at Sugar Creek Family Dental earlier this week, was able to squeeze me in for an appointment
The experience was wonderful throughout, with a friendly greeting by Kathy at the front desk, to an expert cleaning by (and great chat with) Hannah the hygienist, to a brief meeting with Dr. Bill Capati, who gave me a clean bill of dental health—the ultimate Christmas present when you're 35! At the end, Dana helped me pay my tab which, thanks to the awesome "new patient special," was just $88!
I would definitely recommend this office, assuming you can get in. After my visit today, I can see why Sugar Creek Family Dental is fully booked, even during the Covid-19 nightmare!

My 11 year old son had to get a tooth pulled and 2 fillings. He just started going here and is usually terrified of the dentist cause a past experience with a different dentist but he's no longer scared thanks to Dr. Capati and his staff. They are all super friendly and great with the kids. Thanks so much for making my son no longer scared of going to the dentist anymore.

I needed to get in as soon as possible and they were able to squeeze me in very quickly! The staff and Dr. Bill were all very friendly, professional, and there were lots of COVID precautions being taken in the office. I highly recommend!

They do such a great job and especially with kids. I have heard so many horror stories from parents about taking their kids to the dentist. That is not the experience you will have here. My daughter can't wait to go and have "sugar bugs" removed. Thank you so much for making what could be a pain an absolute pleasure. Don't change a thing. 5 STARS

I feel like I have gained a new family. Doctor Bill is so good at his craft and the prices are right. The staff is always helpful but most of alI they are very kind. I think I will keep this dentist for the rest of my life.

I went in for an extraction didn't feel a thing ! The doc was great explained everything to me. I will be bringing my family here from now on .

I went to this location based on reviews and I should have done more research! After I visited "Dr" Bill about a sensitivity issue with a tooth on the right side, he recommended on a crown but mentioned I may need a root canal. Advising me of both options, I took the precaution/cheaper way and went with just a crown. On top of this, "Dr" Bill recommended that I get 2 fillings on the left side and a deep cleaning. Trusting in his knowledge, I got the fillings and the crown basically at the same time maxing out my insurance. I advised that I would have to do the deep cleaning when my insurance renewed. I did ask if I could just get a basic cleaning and he said yes but the lady doing the cleanings said she wouldn't do it, ethically because it would be pointless?
Now having a crown on the right side and 2 fillings on the left, I am in pain constantly and having to take Ibuprofen every day. 2 months later one of the left fillings is still severely sensitive to hot and cold. Mind you, I didn't have this issue with that tooth before the filling. I did go back to have him fix the high bite and redo the filling with a medicated padding. The second filling didn't work/help because the padding was temporary (which I wasn't told at the time was). "Dr" Bill didn't advise me that I may need a root canal on that tooth at the time of the filling but now after he drilled all the way to the roots, I do. Now adding another 1500 dollars of financial burden on me, all he said was "you shouldn't have gotten cavities".
How can you trust someone who backlashes like this to you because of something they caused. Take your teeth care somewhere else, he is just after your money.

Been scared for ten years to see dentist but had to for nerve pan and I’m happy I did. Nice people , good care , minimum discomfort. Made follow up appoint to get all my dental needs address. I highly recommend you give them a call.
