I moved to the area 3 years ago but continued to drive to my old dentist about 20 minutes away because it was what I knew. Well I wish I had made the decision to switch way sooner!! Sugar Creek Family Dental is fantastic. The office is clean and comfy, the staff is so nice and Dr. Bill Capati listened to me and made my entire experience as comfortable as possible.

I am the kind of person that tends to cry every single time I go to the dentist. I've had a lot of really bad experiences. I had my first appointment at Sugar Creek Family Dental a couple of weeks ago. I cried before we even started, but then Cindy, the best dental hygienist in the world, calmed me down. Cindy was incredibly caring and talked everything through with me as she did it. She was very encouraging and gave me a stress ball to squeeze. I will be requesting her every time I have an appointment. I also went in yesterday to replace a filling and didn't have any issues. I'll actually be back for my 6 month appointment, which I've never said before!

I love this dentist office!! The staff are super friendly and listen to any concerns. Dr Bill isn’t there just to make money but to make sure your teeth are at their best!!

Best dental experience ever. Easy breezy! The staff could not have been better! I can say I have never felt relax enough at the dentist but this first visit, I couldn't stop laughing. Very welcoming and fun office. My son enjoyed it also. It is worth the drive 1 mile or 20 miles.

Sugar Creek Dental is far above any other dental office I've been too. Staff is very professional, extremely nice, and with the virus this year, I never felt safer in an office environment. What this group did to my teeth, best they have ever looked in my life! And pain, what pain??? They are the best!

Everyone at this office was amazing. My 2 boys 5 and 4 were seen today and the staff was so patient and kind. My one son hated the taste of the cotton candy toothpaste and the hygienist stoped and swiched to another flavor for him. She was so gentle with them both. The doctor was also very great with my boys. He knows how to talk with children and made the experience great for them. We just moved here and I'm excited we found a great family dentist.

Today I visited Sugar Creek Family Dental with my son for the first time. There was a mix up with my insurance, but the staff was super accommodating and made sure we still had a great experience. They even offered specials for both my son and I to make the visit more affordable in light of my scenario.
For the first time I have no anxiety about a follow up appointment with a dentist, and my son is actually excited to go back for his next check up.
