Gladstone Missouri Family Dentistry: Happy Rock Dental

I ALWAYS feel like I'm getting the best of care when I visit here. I recently had to have a tooth extraction done, followed by an implant. Both procedures went well, they sent me home with very specific instructions on how to heal properly and made themselves available if I needed to ask questions or address any concerns. I go for cleanings every six months and they carefully monitor any issues they see that might cause problems down the road. I love that they take steps to be proactive, which could potentially save me a lot of money down the road. Another thing I really like is that they continually introduce new dental technology and tools that are designed to make the patient experience more comfortable. Highly recommend Happy Rock Dental!

Everyone is Very friendly and professional. They all work well together and it shows. The office is very nice and neat. They are knowledgeable about my insurance plans and offered options in treatment for my dental work. Not pushy at all.

I've been to many different dentistry places from civilian to military and I would say the people here at Happy Rock Dental are the kindest and professional dentist/hygienist I've ever encountered. I had a warm welcomed when I walked in to when I left. I noticed other patients being welcomed the same way and appeared genuinely happy being there. My hygienist was a woman named Kally. She was not only nice and trying to get know me better, but she also was a bit nerdy. Which was AWESOME!!! Not a typical hygienist where they make small talk and then get to work. Kally got to know me, asked questions, shared stories, had a good understanding of nerdy topics, and would explain things in a very easy manner. She has a kind and sweet soul. I would definitely recommend her. My dentist was a woman named Megan. She was very professional, easy to talk too, and would explain in great detail what I should do next moving forward. Needless to say Megan and Kally has won me over. I'm without a doubt coming back and would recommend Happy Rock Dental to everyone.

Very friendly staff! Clean and tidy. You feel right at home. Also no judgement when you don’t have the best teeth, which I really appreciated! I had a very personable dental hygienist and great doctor as well. Never once did I feel rushed like some places can seem. Definitely will recommend to any and all friends and family of the area.

Awesome place and the staff are great! I do not like going to "doctors" anything but I always look forward to my appointment. Clean place as well. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I have my braces off on the day they said I would have them off which was awesome! I still recommend Happy Rock Dental. Dr. Grutter has the best team and everyone there is great. This is the best dentistry I ever been to! The staff is amazing, all of them. Dr. Jenisch did an outstanding job as did her assistant Ayla. The ladies at the front counter are exceptionally kind and caring, this was the single greatest dentist experience I ever had in my entire life! 15/10! Thank you!

Leading up to my appointment, Selena was very helpful in texting me from the clinic, making sure I was to get in sooner than my expected appointment. This messaging feature makes for a quick and easy schedule change & is great for someone with a busy schedule. They were very informative & considerate! I had my 1st appointment today with Happy Rock and I can honestly say I will never go to a different dental office again. From the registration, to the hygienist, to the doctor, they were all very very attentative and kind. Any questions I had, they answered and explained. Kaley is the absolute best hygienist I have come across. She is very competent in what she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable. The doctor is very honest and upfront and I appreciate that so much in a dentist. When leaving, all the registration employees made it a point to acknowledge my presence.

My visit was very pleasant and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. After not seeing another dentist for a long time, it was a good experience. Thank you.

I really enjoy going to Happy Rock Dental, they are always willing to work around my scheduling conflicts. Debbie has always made me feel comfortable and is a great first contact person who treats the customer as if they are royalty. With the COVID virus being a factor the staff dealt with me professionally and my safety was an obvious priority. I usually see Ms Loving who does an outstanding job but her schedule didn't match up for me this time and her replacement today also did an outstanding job. Great job everyone.

By far the most amazing experience I have ever had at the dentist, they actually care about their patients and everyone there was kind, courteous and very patient with me. I am very scared of dentists and I went here to have 2 teeth that were broken off at the gum line extracted, I did not feel a thing. The whole procedure was done in less than 40 min. I recommend this place to everyone.
