I first got to this place because I need one of my teeth pulled. With such a pleasant experience. I decided to let them do the bi-annual cleaning along with my spouse.
1st thing they do was doing the full mouth X-ray and I said I have done that you can do once every 5 year panoramic X-ray. The assistant went to front desk and came back saying I was covered. Then the dentist came in and do the TREATMENT PLAN. He refused to do the routine cleaning as his TREATMENT PLAN called for deep cleaning which insurance does not cover.
I don't mind they do how or what they do things, but at least let patients know before hand if the evaluation calls for deep cleaning, the routine cleaning is not getting performed. I have been through the dentist did the cleaning 1st with hygienist and afterward the dental exam with a TREATMENT PLAN that calls for deep cleaning. Of course, they would not take another routine cleaning before you go through the deep cleaning.

This was the best experience ever!! I have had fear for years. But today that ended. Dr. Johnson and Jazz was GREAT!! The staff was great! Dr.Johnson is easy going kind great mannerisms not harsh at all! Most of all he was very GENTLE! I have found a great dentist and if you need one I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Dental in Truman Corners!! Thank you once again!

My Whole family has gone here. Today i go in to have a BROKEN tooth pulled and they pulled the wtong tooth, blamed me and told me not to come back!! I already dont have many left & Ill never get that tooth back Ima "Afican American" man, let this be proof that THEY HATE US!!!

Stop waiting - Stop worrying!
I am completely over taken by the Care and Respect I receive Everytime I must drag my hardheaded self in. I'm so skittish when it comes to needles and pain. I've had a few tooth extractions here at this location in Grandview.
Today I had my first ever abscess tooth that has left my face swollen for the past few days of antibiotics and hardheaded me saying ill be just fine. Boy was I wrong. However I knew just what to do once I was thinking clearly. "Dr. Johnson".
To get to the point, I'm giving 5 stars. From the staff upfront to the "delicate fingers" in the back, Bravo!
Seriously bravo.
I recommend this facility to anyone who now or in the past has had bad experience with dentist's to please give yourself a second chance with this comfort dental.

My husband had a dental emergency. We walked in and he was seen in about 10mins on a Friday night. The cost is very affordable and they break down your options. The care that was provided was outstanding. He had to have a surgical extraction and the dentist explained everything that he was doing.There was minimal pain in the procedure. Great work to the whole team!

I’m a big chicken, the staff is very friendly. Jaz is usually the 1st face I see & she is always friendly and professional & helpful when making appointments. Zac with the cool shoes is awesome and friendly. He was very kind and a constant professional when taking my X-rays. When getting fillings Lucia held my hand when the doctor numbed me up bc again I’m a big chicken. She was very kind & I appreciate that she did it, she has a calming personality!

I went in today for walk-in to get a tooth removed! I’m pretty nervous in general about the dentist. But Dr. Johnson came over and immediately made me feel better. He was professional while being very personable, I felt absolutely no pain and he talked me through everything! He talked to me as a human and not just a job, especially during all of this going on. This office is awesome! I'm really afraid to go to the dentist and Dr. Johnson makes you feel at ease when in his chair! His front assistant Jazz was very helpful and progressional when I asked questions and needed help scheduling my appointment. I recommend all my family & friends to Dr. Johnson!
