I have gone there a few times and had delightful interactions with the staff. Nikki, the receptionist went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable after getting my first wisdom tooth extracted. She was willing to fax a doctor's note to my employer for me after I had left her office. Jas, one of the assistants made my experience very comfortable and provided fun conversation. I've had bad experiences before that have kept away from dentists offices for years. With this office tho I've felt comfortable to the point that I'm looking forward to my procedure. Jasmine was great. She was gentle when it came to xrays and takes all your thoughts into consideration. And niki has turn that place around. Everything is running smoother than before and she works very hard to get you fixed up!

I am no fan of going to the dentist, but i was in so much pain i had to go. I called several places that said they took emergency calls and all of them said "we cant see you today." That is until i called comfort dental. They got me in 20 mins after i called. Staff was awesome. Making jokes and keeping me calm and easing any worries. Got my pain taken care of and i will be taking my wife and kids for any dentist needs in the future. So glad i found COMFORT DENTAL.

I just had one of the best dental visit I ever had in my life. No wonder COMFORT is their first name. So backstory: my 6yr old son had shark mouth and his dentist refused to remove 4 teeth thinking my son needed to be asleep for this. So they sent us to KC Children Surgery that took 2 1/2 mths to see us just to tell us yes they can do the procedure for a small fee 😒$2800. So we declined and was referred to COMFORT DENTAL. When I say EVERY LAST ONE OF THOSE NUSRES there were straight down to earth leading all the way to DR. DWIGHT JOHNSON . They took away fear from both my son and I. I 100% recommend children and adults who need dental care and comfort for the soul and wallets to visit COMFORT DENTAL IN GRANDVIEW

Things got a little confusing at one point and Dr. Johnson, later, over the phone, took the time to patiently walk me through everything without acting irritated or becoming insulting even a little bit. Best communication ever with a doctor. Prices are really good too! Highly recommended.

The worst experience I’ve seen. My 4 year-old grand-daughter had to have a cavity filled along with deadening the nerve. I feel like my granddaughter was tortured. She NEVER received any Novocain, Procaine, Oral Gel, No oral sedation, no laughing gas, or any general anesthesia. It was a needle straight to her mouth. Nothing to numb the area before the needle was stuck in her mouth (that’s torture) She is screaming to the top of he lungs and we’re holding her hands, so she doesn’t snatch the tools from Dr. Johnson’s hand. This went on about 1/2 hour. This facility isn’t set up for kids. I see why she was in so much pain.... She couldn’t sleep, she screamed and cried all in her sleep all night. You know what kind of torture this does to a child? I think I overpaid. The procedure cost me $170 for a 4 year old’s tooth that I believe only got a filling. Then at check out, they had the wrong tooth listed as being done. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
