Medley Smiles Family Dentistry

Pros: office staff is friendly for the most part.
Cons: I had a tooth that was cracked, they said it needed a root canal, and a crown. ok do it. root canal done, crown installed, 6 months after crown comes off and it has a hole in it. its Friday their day off, I call the emergency line to see if it cant be fixed then can I at least talk to someone to ask if this will be a problem, since I'm going on a ten day trip, no call back. when I get back, they make a crown in the office install it, 1 month it pops off, I go back. they have another crown made, installed it, she says third times a charm, 2 weeks later it comes off. so I go to another dentist to see if they can fix my tooth, he says the tooth was ground off to far, no crown will hold on it. he tells me they will have to build the tooth back up just to get enough for retention of a new crown. So now I have to pay another dentist to fix the shoddy work done here.

I do not recommend Medley Smiles. My elderly mother was charged several thousands of dollars and never did receive an upper plate that fit properly or that allowed her to chew. She had to make many, many trips over there to try to get it to fit so she could eat, and she finally gave up after a year of trying. Then they wanted to charge her more money to try again when they never could help her. She is now going to a different dental practice to get an upper plate!! So disappointed in Medley Smiles!

I've been seeing Dr. Medley and the ladies here for over a year now having had a few cleanings and minor procedures done. I have NEVER walked away from the dentist feeling good and happy about my experience until I started going here.
This place is clean, everyone is very kind and friendly. They have accommodated every wimpy request I've had with no shame thrown my way. My 6 year old loves it here too! I can't recommend this office enough!

What an AWESOME experience! I have been terrified of the dentist until now. I have been going to Dr. Medley for a few months, and no dentist has cared more about my comfort and anxiety than Dr. Medley! Her staff is amazing, especially Kinsey! Dr. Medley has had nothing but compassion towards me. Not once have I felt uncomfortable or pain. Her "bedside manner" is incredible. I am going through few pretty major health issues, and she keeps up-to-date on my health. She even goes one step further and researches some aspects of my health to better educate me. Dr. Medley is not only my INCREDIBLE dentist, she us my friend with AMAZING skills!!

Dr Medley has always gone above & beyond to make what is not always a pleasant experience, as pleasant as possible. Her & her staff are all so friendly & kind. Dr Medley always takes her time, explaining things & putting together a plan of action. I feel as if she has the best "bed-side manners" of any dentist I've ever been to. Would recommend her to anyone needing a dentist.

I wouldn't recommend them now. When my husband first started going to them 3 or 4 years ago, they were great. He never had any issues with the dental work. I was impressed so I started going to them about a year or so ago. My first visit I sat in a chair for over an hour and all they did was do 15 minutes of x-rays. Not a problem just thought it was odd. Than their financial lady signed me up for care credit BEFORE EVEN ASKING IF I WANTED IT. Which is really weird considering I had dental insurance for both me and my husband which they had no problem charging our insurance until I started going and than all of a sudden they were all about charging the care credit card for the same dental work they were submitting to our insurance. When I started asking questions they got shady. I reported the fraud charges and all the dental work they did on both my husband and I we are now having to pay out of pocket for because Medley Smiles submitted"dental work" to our insurance, maxed out our insurance, and all of that "work" they said they did wasn't even done. Now both my husband and I have to pay for more work to be done on work Medley Smiles said they did. Here's the icing on the cake. Both my husband and I ended up with infected teeth AFTER we started getting work done by Medley Smiles. Isn't the point of going to a dentist is to PREVENT infection not GET an infection in your mouth? When I started asking questions about their billing instead of answering the questions they waited until my husband went in and told him that we aren't welcome there anymore. Are we not welcome because I asked questions about your billing or are we not welcome because you got caught doing fraudulent billing?

I loved the experience. I’ve been scared of the dentist my whole life Dr.Medley and staff are wonderful.. They do their best to make sure your completely comfortable and understand everything that is going on.. I’ll recommend these guys to everyone..

I have had terrible experiences with other Dental offices. Medley Smiles has been the dream of all Dental places. I was utterly terrified of a small procedure being done. They were quick to calm my fears and reassure me that they were there to help. The procedure went smoothly. They have such amazing people skills and the kindest, sincere staff. My family will never go anywhere else.

I've been to this dentist a few times. Wonderful staff. They make the payment plans simple. All the women here do a great job at keeping you comfortable. I'm truly thankful that I chose this dentist. It had been 15 years since I had been to the dentist. I had some issues not to mention nobody likes going to the dentist. Well that all changed after my first appointment. They explained everything they gave me options. It feels like family when you come here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
