I don't usually leave reviews, but when you get high level service it needs to be mentioned. Today was my first visit to this place, the staff was very friendly, helpful, answering all my questions, and smiling all the time. My x-ray, cleaning was done by Molli, she was very friendly, professional, and know what she's doing. My check up was done by doctor David, and he was pretty good as well. I'm not surprised that this place is highly rated as I enjoyed my visit, and it felt like I go there for the last 10 years and was a regular visit not a first time. Definitely will have this place for my regular dental work, and highly recommend it. Thanks!

I moved to Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry of KC from another office that I had been with my whole life and they are so awesome. They are ALWAYS friendly and communicative, they always let me know how much a procedure will cost before I have the work done, they return calls promptly and I never have a long wait for an appointment if I have an emergency. Dr Jackson (and all of the procedure staff) are so amazing. Theyre SO gentle and ALWAYS make sure that I am comfortable. I can LITERALLY take a nap while Dr Jackson is working! Ive never had a bad dental experience but I've seen enough people who have where going the dentist is an anxiety trigger and I feel very lucky to have found an office that is professional, convenient and does wonderful work.

The best service for dentist I have ever had. I have sensitive gums and I'm ticklish too. Nothing was bad. I also loved the dentist chairs. They had a massage in the chair so it made it the experience even better.

They got me an appointment for new patient super quickly! I needed my wisdom teeth removed and they got me an appointment for that less than a week later. Dr. Jackson was very kind and I feel like he didn’t push me to do anything that was not necessary. Molly was my hygienist and she was very nice and thorough! Melissa brought me back and got all of my X-rays. Everyone was very very nice.

I have been going to see Dr. Jackson here for sometime. Since I received my deep clean with Concorde Dental Clinic. I have stayed on top of my dental care. I have NEVER missed or cancelled my dentist appt since I was a patient. I was due for my 6 month checked up on Monday Oct 11th. Unfortunate I was called into work.
I called and tried to get rescheduled. Now before you guys even decided to reply to my review. Let me be clear, I am not a difficult woman.I am a fair woman and educated one. Policy is policy but I had never been told ever about an $45 cancellation fee. I am on disability and can only earn a certain amount of money each month. I don't have $45 to just throw away.I believe had circumstances been different or had I been someone else they would have understood and waived that one time fee.
Lastly this policy maybe in fine print, it maybe posted on a wall in office but I doubt it. I have never seen nor been told. When you schedule someone an appointment I believe you should remind/advise the patient of that fee.
