My first time experience here was incredible. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Goodman is so kind and sociable. His "chairside manner" is excellent. He was honest with me about my case and gave me a referral to an orthodontist in the area. I would definitely come back and refer friends/family to him.
UPDATE: So I went back on 4/11/16 to have what I thought was just one filling replaced. After obtaining a film it turned out I needed some work done on another tooth as well. Although one tooth had a bracket on it (I have braces), Dr. Goodman went ahead and fixed them both. He was even courteous enough to ask if I had the time to have both done instead of assuming. I can't tell you how nice it is not feeling that sensitivity on the right side of my mouth! I appreciate him and his staff. The customer service is indeed top notch!

Moved to KC a couple of years ago and found Dr. Goodman conveniently located in the professional building next to the North KC Hospital! He's only minutes from our house, and he has the best staff! They are all so friendly and personable! They remember your name, they treat you like a real person, and they don't try to sell you on a bunch of other stuff you don't need like some other dentists I've been to. Not to mention Dr. Goodman treats you well too! He is real and gives it to you straight. As long as I live in the KC area, Dr. Goodman will be my dentist.

John Goodman has been my dentist for years and I have seen his practice evolve and become much larger, but Dr. Goodman has remained extremely personable, warm, and concerned about each and every patient. His staff, although it has grown tremendously, has obviously been picked with great care - and as we ALL know, you are ONLY as good as your support. They are equally caring, professional, and warm. You never feel like a number even though the practice operates like a well oiled machine. And did I mention they work one Saturday a month?

I love this office!! I'm originally from the Kansas side and was new to the Northland when I first came to Dr. Goodman. I've had nothing but good experiences with his office and staff. Dr. Goodman is friendly and patient. I never feel rushed and he is always willing to answer my questions. I love Tina and Stacey. They make each appt enjoyable for my husband and myself. I went in on St. Patricks day for a teeth cleaning and a referral to have wisdom teeth removed. Everyone seemed to be genuinely very nice. Since I've only been in KC since November, I haven't looked for a primary dentist yet. Well, he's it! I went ahead and scheduled my second cleaning for the year with his office and will probably be returning to him as long as I'm in KC.
Definitely recommend Dr. Goodman and his staff.

I have been going to the same dentist for 23 years and picking a new one was definitely a little bit of a process for me. Dr. Goodman does a great job and his staff is always helpful! They even work around my work schedule at times and schedule me past 5 which is wonderful! If you are new to the area or looking for a better dentist the buck stops here!
