We have been going here ever since we moved to Kansas City 3 years ago. We initially chose it for their location, but have continued going due to their service. We recently took our 3 young kids for cleanings. It was not an easy feat, but Almin did a great job! He deserves a lot of credit and a raise! He went above and beyond to make sure all the kids were comfortable and not scared. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. So, thank you for being so helpful!

So I needed a crown and a couple of fillings today. Dr. Leza made sure I was comfortable and all numbed up for the work. The nurse also made sure I was comfortable. Put a neck pillow back behind for comfort. They made sure to tell me if I was feeling anything at all to let them know. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

The service and care I received at Oak Hills Family Dental was so outstanding that I felt compelled to write a review! From the beginning the staff made me feel as if I was family and that my teeth deserved the utmost care and attention! When I first reached out for some work I was greeted by Autumn at the front desk. She made sure to go above and beyond by going step by step in a way that I understood, so I could fully comprehend my treatment plan along with the surprisingly affordable expenses that came with the work I desperately needed! After feeling confident in the process that was about to take place I was then seamlessly transitioned off to Lindsey! Lindsey made sure that I was comfortable once I was brought back to the doctors office and while getting the equipment ready she explained in more of a technical way what is going to happen so I could easily maintain a sense of comfort while preparing for Dr. Leza! Dr. Leza was amazing! Dr. Leza made sure to talk to me and check on pain level throughout the process and was fast and very effective! This trip to the dentist not only changed my total outlook on the formerly dreaded trips to the dentist, it made me feel cared for and looked after because of the outstanding staff and treatment! I'm excited to be back for any and all future work and standard cleanings!!! Happily smiling again because of the great people at Oak Hills Family Dental!!!!

Oak Hills booked an appointment 10 days before the new year, while insurance was maxed out for a family member, rather than scheduling after the beginning of next calendar year. This is a poor process and bad customer service.

An hour and a half getting x-rays and ultrasound and this and that. At the end, I did not get my teeth cleaned because they would not clean my teeth unless I had the other procedures done.
What a deal! Lost money on trying to give the neighborhood some business.

Super saint-like patience with my 4 and 7 year old. Very pleasant and attentive. Quick to get you started and knowledgeable to help with any questions I had. I will definitely be returning again with my husband and children. Definitely recommend this place. The facility was clean and comfortable to be in. Bathroom was 10 out of 10. They take most insurances.
