Fabulous staff - every single person we came in contact with, was fabulous! We had an appt for our daughter (8 yo) and between our questions AND hers, they answered every single one, without hesitation and I’m pretty sure I double checked a few things! Not once did we feel rushed or a burden to a single one of them! They were great with my daughter, even letting her hold some of the instruments and talking to her about what they are doing instead of only to us as her parents. I would recommend them to anyone! we already have her next appt scheduled and will be setting up appts for us in the near future!

I made an appt for a routine cleaning and was told at the end of the exam I could not get a cleaning unless I had a deep cleaning in one quadrant of my upper gums. I said I wanted the cleaning first and I would come in later for a deep cleaning and the dentist said "no." This was not acceptible so I left the office.

Was scheduled for a deep cleaning supposed to take 2 hours. Only there 30 minutes. Didn’t get any kind of polishing on my teeth. Just a deep clean on 2 teeth and a soft clean she called it on the others. Really wanted a normal cleaning. Disappointed. The people there are really nice.
