I've been in twice, and the first time it was for Invisalign for pricing. And it was a free consultation even with the x-rays. I was surprised. They quoted me a great price. Then this time I got in right away. They gave me the price they had give me before and an extra discount. The dentist her self is amazing nice. The staff is very nice. It's really clean and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks for my cleaning and my Invisalign fitting

I have had several procedures here, and I have forked out hundreds of dollars to this facility, i now need a bridge and have to out of pocket $3000.00 which i dont have that being said i have a cavity in the tooth they have in my treatment plan and over multiple phone calls they wont fix my cavity until i am going to do my bridge done, i have called and spoke to several people and told they would call me back and they never have! they do not document well. Sounds like dental neglect!

I highly recommend this dentist office.They are always professional and friendly. They don't make you feel like they are rushing to get to the next patient and your not in the office all day either. They are good at getting the job done right and getting it done quickly. They are also good about letting you know if they found anything wrong or even simply saying things look good. Which I like. I have had dentist in the past who just left the room and said nothing.

You charged me in full for services I never received. Talked me into paying in full in advance by charging the dental work to a care credit card and when I decided to have the 2nd portion of my treatment completed elsewhere, claimed I owe additional stating they made a mistake and undercharged me. I signed a bill that I was told listed my services and cost. I was told the credit card would pay for the services listed in full. I was under the impression I paid for my services in full. Now that I am taking my business elsewhere, you tell me I actually owe you and Billing errors were made. Why wasn't I ever notified of these "Billing Errors" prior to my taking my business else where?
Thats a terrible way of doing business. And thank you for hanging up in my face Alex. I am glad I recorded our conversation. All I want is my money refunded in full, be honest and stick to the bill I agreed to, rather than add charges because I am having my work done elsewhere. this is sick business practice. I am not sure who is in charge of your billing and who made the billing error, but I had this work done several months ago (Sept 2019) and had I not requested a refund ,your team wouldnt have informed me of the fact that you added services to my bill.

Dentist excellent! Dental Hygienist not great, poor use of instruments, either flooded me or not enough H2O to wash out mouth. Completely covered all my teeth with cleaning past before rinsing, stuck suction tube in mouth without H2O rinse done first. Seemed a little scattered.
