Today was my appointment with Dr. Lauren Leza. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I got my teeth cleaned and they made sure I was not in pain while getting this done. They listen to what I ask. The whole experience was enjoyable.

I had a tooth extracted at this dentist office in May of 2019. I have dental insurance. I was told that by the dentist office that I would still owe $1047.50 for what my insurance company wouldn't cover. I said fine and paid them.
Then I received a bill from the Dentist office for another $2,160.00.
My insurance company said that I did NOT owe additional money to the Dentist. They said I would most likely get around $300 reimbursed from what I had already paid them.
I asked the dentist to fix their bill. I told them that it was wrong. They then turned me over to their bill collection office. They said I was a "no pay"
They then destroyed my credit rating. A really huge hit.
I have asked the office manager to resolve this. I was told that she would call me back a number of times...not one phone call.
And I am still waiting...waiting and seriously stressed about this.

This is a great dental clinic! The staff is always very friendly, professional, and efficient. At my most recent cleaning, I was taken back 10 minutes early, and we were all said and done in about 30 minutes. Dr. Leza is also very nice and takes her time to explain things.
