Great service!! I called in got a voice mail and left a message. I was immediately contacted by text and was able to get an appointment that day. They are the most efficient dental office I have encountered. The Dental service was great, took care of my issue in a timely and professional manner. Definitely 5 star service, recommend them highly

The whole staff was absolutely amazing on my first visit! They walked me through everything they did and gave me great tips on taking care of my teeth. They were very respectful and considerate when I mentioned my anxiety and checked in every view minutes to make sure I was doing good! I highly recommend and will be telling all of my friends to come here!

Each hygienist provides excellent care. Clinicians are thorough and they provide information that enables patients to provide good home care. Valerie made the experience fun. I left the appointment with clean teeth, equipped for home maintenance. The waiting room is comfortable with ample space for distancing. HGTV is entertaining. Front end staff is thorough and professional. Kudos to a well-run dental office!

I am a new patient because my “old” dentist has retired. I was a patient of “old” for 30 years so I was a little worried about walking into a new practice. I was put at ease immediately when the receptionist said “welcome, we are glad to meet you.” Very friendly, caring staff and just an overall great experience! I highly recommend Seaport!

I was very pleased to have been seen so quickly for a consultation, as well as scheduling my next appointment in a matter of weeks; as opposed to months at other offices. I also loved that they took the time to actually look at my itemized treatment plan and cross reference this back to my insurance for me. Most office will not take the time until the money starts coming in. This was a huge help!

My children and I have been going to Seaport since 2008. I used to have high anxiety when it came to any dental work until I met my hygienist Lisa. She has always taken her time with me, explaining everything first, and ensuring I understood before proceeding. Before discovering seaport I would want to cancel my appointments the day before from anxiety, but now I no longer get overly anxious. If I am anxious, Lisa can tell and talks me through things. I have periodontal disease and have had to have some work done when shots were necessary. I am a nurse and needles do not bother me, until it comes to my mouth!!!! Lisa has always been fantastic about helping me relax and using gas when needed so my work could be done. She truly is the best! I am writing this review because after many years my gums and teeth are in the best health they have ever been and I can’t thank her and Dr Schultz enough! I am proud of how far we have come. I am now getting my orthodontic work done since my gums are healthy enough! I moved and no longer live close, however I can’t imagine going anywhere else so I make the drive every time! I have no idea what I’m going to do when Lisa retires! I have to mention Debbie in billing too. I have had a bill that insurance tried denying and she fought it for me, back and forth with them, since it was necessary work I needed! Obviously because my gums are doing great now! Thank you to the entire team at seaport for always being the best and taking good care of my oral health!

Some dental hygienist are really nice and gentle and won’t rush through your visit so depends on who you get. The checkout staff is usually not the friendliest, which is what I experienced today! They couldn’t answer why there was a previous balance on my account, couldn’t figure out it all the while with an attitude. I ended up just telling her to have billing office call me. She hesitantly said… ok.

Enjoyed my appointment! Unfortunately I can't remember my dental hygienists' name. I think it began with C (Claira, Clare)? Anyway, she was very thorough and methodical with the dental cleaning. I would definitely recommend her for your dental cleanings.

My dentist retired and sold to Seaport. About 5 of us from work are transferring. I received a letter about a week before my appointment that I should call as appointments didn't transfer between offices potentially. I called and mine was not set up per Marcy. Disappointing to be sure as they had 6 months to tell me this but waited until then. I asked Marcy why that was and she said I'm not obligated to go to the new practice in an unfriendly tone. It was just a question. But what an unfriendly response. I told her it makes it hard to find out short notice and said it would be nice to simply say they are sorry and reschedule my appointment. To which she said. Why would she have to apologize, that's between the dentists. Ok. That's rude again and shouldn't need explaining. I explained to her that she's representing my new dentist as she works for them. She obviously wasn't going to listen so I moved onto getting my appointment rescheduled. Now. Today was my appointment which was fine for the most part. The assistant kept banging the metal polisher on my teeth so was rough. First impressions because of Marcy, were disappointing. Service seems fine for a first visit.

Dr. Derenzy and Clara his assistant answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and provided feedback on what to do and which specialty providers they recommend based on customer feedback. They take the time to inform you, so you can make better decisions regarding your health, very friendly, and honest. I recommend them.
