I moved to the liberty area and this place was recommended. Won’t be going back. Literally sitting in the chair done waiting for the hygienist to finish her notes. Why can’t you do that after you send me on my way. I was a new patient so had me fill out paper work online (great)! Then they told me I had to be there 30 minutes early and then I waited another 15 minutes after my appointment to be seen. So 45 minutes just waiting to get my teeth cleaned another 5 minutes waiting for hygienist to do notes. So not worth my time or my families time to ever come back.

I saw Dr Shultz today and I have nothing but nice things to say about the visit. The staff is very nice and have yet to meet anybody in the there staff that wasn’t nice to me. Very good dentist office with very nice staff.

Dr. Tinsley is nothing but a money grubber. If you do not spend thousands of dollars on his "recommend" service that is the last you will see of him. Rude assistants who do nothing but lie and make excuses for his and their failed attempts at good dental work. They even failed to file the insurance claim correctly and blame the customer. Worst dentist I have ever had in my life.
