I love this office & all the employees. Had a horrible tooth infection & out of lots dentist's listed on my insurance this office made the effort to get me in the same day. I was in so much pain that I was crying when i was waiting & the 2 sweet receptionists both came out to check on me & see if I needed anything ❤️. The dental hygienist made very comfortable & reassured me that they will make it as painless as possible which helped me relax. Dr Brook was so gentle & I didn't even feel the shot which surprised me. He explained everything to me before starting & gave me options & allowed me to decide what treatment I wanted. He gave me an extended numbing shot that lasted 5 hours after the extraction of my tooth so I could get some sleep when I got home because I hadn't slept for 2 days. Dr was so kind & by the time we were ready to start treatment they had me laughing. Everyone in this office are happy & u can tell they all love what they do & enjoy working here. Thank u so much to Seaport Family Dental office for the care you provided. I actually look forward to my next appointment & that says a lot because going to the dentist used to scare me very much but because of the caring gentle employees in this office I don't fear going anymore!!

I had a crown come off of a front tooth and they were great at getting me an immediate appointment. They quickly and meticulously, re-cemented my crown. Dr.Tinsley informed me if this doesn’t stay we may have to put in a new post and new crown.

My husband has come to this office for 20 years and I have been a patient for about 15 years. We will no longer come to this office after today.
Supposedly since 2020 our insurance only covered 80% of our appointments. We did not know this and were told that the $300 bills we were getting were the insurance fault and they will resubmit it. Now today after 6 months we were told we had an outstanding bance since June. When we stated that we knew nothing about this the billing lady informed us that the computer showed we had been told this several times. I told her that regardless of what the computer says we had not been informed and were not the type of people to not pay our bills. She continued to speak over me and said well I don't think they would lie and put this in there without telling you. So then I'm the liar? The scheduling and customer service have gone way down hill and we will not be back to this office

I arrived a week early. My mom would call my mixup 'sometimers'. But the two resourceful receptions hooked me up with Val who had a cancellation. Val was great and problem solved since I'd gotten dropped off and would have had to wait an hour before my ride could come. Many thanks.

I had an appointment at 10:00 this . morning,the 26th for annual teeth cleaning,l had a new lady, l have a hard time complaining, but my mouth is still sore, she didn't rinse my mouth as she was cleaning, used a dry gauges to wipe my
mouth , and when finished didn't use ask what flavor of paste to
finish polishing my mouth, and didn't polish. I am sorry to have to say something
, If she is new, need to know

I don't like going to the dentist at all but everyone at Seaport was patient and kind and helped me with my anxiety! Very friendly staff and Dr Schultz was great. I've been coming here for about 15 or 20 years now and I won't go anywhere else!
