This was my 1st visit to Seaport and I have to tell you I love my dental hygienist Donna... If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your health then I cannot recommend a better person..Thank you Seaport you have my business! 1 😁 customer

This office is amazing. I hate going to the dentist, and have for years. I finally found one that makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. The billing and front office staff are always so helpful as well. All the dentists on the staff here are great, I would highly recommend you try this office!

I have always been pleased with the service and the wonderful people I have come into contact with at Seaport Dentisry. I would give them 10 stars if I could, I highly recommend them.

My reason for such a low score is in relation to how the office handles verifying if you have insurance they accept. I contact the office to confirm they accepted our Humana Dental plan. I was told they did, but called Humana Dental to confirm, which they did. The medical staff was friendly, the facility was well-kept, and their patient care was excellent. We were glad to find a new family dentist, or so we thought. I booked follow-up appointment for my children and planned to do the same for myself and my husband.

I received a bill for $365, stating that my dental plan was not accepted. Even though I have contacted Seaport Family Dentistry and Humana Dental concerning this, they now claim I have to pay the full amount because my plan does not include their office. Neither company is taking any kind of ownership for giving false information, which is poor customer service. Our family is trying to be careful financially due to a job loss and we would never have booked with Seaport Family Dentistry had we been given accurate information. Sadly, I can no longer recommend Seaport Family Dentistry or Humana Dental due to sloppy business practices and lack of ownership taken for vital information given to their patients.

Seaport has a great staff and are very good at serving the needs that may arise, I’ve been with Seaport for over ten years and recommend them to anyone.

So I went to get to five teeth removed, expecting to feel all the pain after all the meds wore off, and nothing, it was been twenty four hours after the appointment and I can say I feel no pain whatsoever and I have yet to take a pain pill
