Dr. Thomas Quinn has been our family dentist for several years now. We have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect, understanding and kindness by all of the staff over the years. From the front desk and office being cheerful, helpful and friendly to the assistants and hygienists who have always been thorough and kind to the awesome Dr. Quinn who has been kind, thorough, patient and understanding. They’re great to my husband who has a very small palette and don’t rush or pressure him with X-rays and such that can be difficult. I had a very bad experience as a small child that left me with severe dental anxiety and this office has always handled me with golden gloves when it comes to my care. Thanks to him and his wonderful staff I’ I been able to stop needing nitrous for procedure and can feel relaxed. We go at least twice a year and due to my bad genetics I usually end up there several times a year and have never heard anyone working there be loud, rude, unkind or uncaring to anyone. I’ve only ever seen them have positive attitudes and treatment with all. I highly recommend them and will continue with them as long as we’re able. Thank you to Dr. Quinn and all his staff!

This dental office is entitled and clearly think they give some kind of special service no one else can give. They refused to schedule an appt with me because I had cancelled an appointment 2 YEARS AGO when I got in a car wreck. It would have been one thing for them to charge me to schedule another appointment, I wouldn’t have had an issue with that. I could have also seen if it was a recent appointment that I didn’t make— not from two years ago. You would think he had golden hands, top notch million dollar service, and angels walking the halls as dental assistants. Nobody is THAT GOOD! After reading through other reviews, I would have never picked this place to begin with so I blame myself for not doing my research first. Apparently they have horrible attitudes, change policies with no warning and refuse patients all the time .. yeah it’s their right— but it still doesn’t make it right. I will be sure to discourage anyone who needs a dentist from going here. They all could use a lesson on what being “humble” is and how far it can actually take you.

Very disappointed with Dr Quinn's office. They have been seeing my children for several years and have always been easy to work with. My daughter has had a lot of extensive work done here. Was told today they no longer see children under 12. A plan was set up to fix two front teeth that she had lost in a accident. They do not follow thru on their word. Added later after all this I get a message reminder from them for insurance to maximize benefits. Really?

My family has went to this dentist office for many years and over those years we have had problems with Paula off and on. Most can be over looked but today is the final straw. My husband and I provide medical insurance for our adult daughter he was 22 years old and has been out of our home for years. I called this morning to set up appointments for my other 3 children. The appointments have been made all day and I just received a call from Paula stating that my adult daughter has a past you balance of $400 due to problems with the insurance. I attempted to resolve the issue on 3 separate occasions with negative results. Paula spoke to me about the past you debt this morning and when I head and made the appointments anyway in said that was no problem. Will now it is after 3 o'clock and States that she will be canceling all of the children's appointments. I told her that this made absolutely no sense and that I was not sure why my family was being punished due to an adult child that lives outside of the home being delinquent on account. She pretty much said that's how it was. I can tell you Quinn dentistry has lost a lot of patients as even extended family goes there. The ONLY thing good about this place is the dental hygienist Shelly.... one amazing person.

The Dental assistants are wonderful. Dr. Quinn however is rude, impatient, and agressive with little kids. I will never step foot back in the office and would advise you if you are thinking of going there that you’ll quickly regret it.
He slams down utensils and yells at the slightest inconvenience. Horrible experience!
I wish he never made a dime off of my family. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll be reporting to the BBB as well.

If you are wanting a dentist office that is mean and rude then this is the place to go. My daughter overslept for her appointment and she called right away to let them know. They refused to reschedule her appointment. I got on the phone and spoke with Paula who flat out said that they basically didn't care about the situation and tough luck. Even tried telling me that they sent me to an outside collection agency in the past and I paid Jamie after every single one of our appointments. They also stated we had canceled several appointments in the past. Paula was more than rude with me even though none of us have been to this office in 2 years. They ruined my teeth so bad that I ended up having to get dentures. Please find a better dentist than this to take your family to. None one should be treated in this manner. I guess you better still show up for your appointment, even if you end up with COVID-19, or they will refuse to reschedule and you will be looking for a new dentist.

As you can see by these reviews, this dental office has gone downhill and Paula should NOT be dealing with the patients. I will also be filing a claim with the BBB. Already filed one with the Attorney General's office and these reviews will help with that.

Dr Quinn and his staff have taken care of my children for years. He’s always been very open and helpful and thorough. This office has been a blessing, for sure.

Dreaded changing dentists after an insurance move. But this group is remarkable. Wonderful experience. Shelly was terrific - not really a hygienist; more like a hydentist! Very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Quinn was full of great information and ideas. Jamie schedules and checks insurance like a pro and keeps a smile on his face. I'm so glad I found these professionals!

I had recently had a terrible dentist visit at another dentist here in Springfield. Therefore, I was really really dreading my visit to Dr. Quinn's. However, unlike the other dentist, he was efficient, experienced, and nothing hurt. I wound up having Dr. Quinn do 4 fillings- he did them quickly and I did not have to go back for adjustments. I would definitely recommend Dr. Quinn.
