Cardinal Dental of St Peters

I found out about Cardinal dental when my baby had a tongue/lip tie. They were so great with him, and also me! We had a great experience so I went on to bring my toddler for his first dental visit. He did great and the staff was wonderful with him. Now it's mom's turn. I've had a harder time than bothy boys. Always have had bad experiences with dentists since I was little. The last two weeks have been rough, but Cardinal dental has been nothing but amazing! I get a lot of anxiety around visiting the dentist. Jessica, the new hygienist, really helped set my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. She reassured all my doubts. It's nice to know that there are people that still treat you like family and care for you like family. I have been with Cardinal dental for a year now and everyone from the desk staff to those working on you in the rooms have been nothing short of amazing! Dr Blalock and her team are one of a kind!

I was referred to them by someone after a filling fell out at the worst possible time. I called explaining what happened, they got me right in, and really took care of me. It's a great environment, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, overall a great experience. Dr. Holdener and assist Michi were outstanding!

The staff was pleasant and professional from the start! I was recommended to Cardinal Dentist and they did not disappoint. They managed to squeeze an appointment in for me and it was really appreciated. Very welcoming office...very clean and comfortable. Thank you Ladies for just being so warm and so nice!

This was my first visit to Cardinal. I was very impressed, from my initial contact, through the end of the visit. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My hygienist ( Allison?) ranked as the best I have experienced. She was genuinely nice, accommodating and was very good at her job, making me feel completely at ease. The dentist was the same, with the addition of being clear with explanations and recommendations and genuinely seemed interested in my well being. Cardinal was as good as a Dental experience you could hope for. Great job!

I broke a tooth and needed an immediate dental solution. I called Cardinal Dental and they got me in the same day. I was treated by Dr.Holdener. She reassured me I was in good hands. The next day I was in, treated, and crown installed ON THE SAME VISIT!! Dr.Holdener is an AMAZING Dentist and her assistant Michi was equally AMAZING. The team at Cardinal Dental run a 5⭐️Plus practice!!!

Always professional, courteous and informative. My experience with Cardinal Dental has always been positive and the facility has all the modern equipment to assist in keeping my teeth healthy. I highly recommend the office and will continue to have my teeth cared for by this team.

Be prepared to be pressured to get fillings.. I had been coming here for a few years and was told we could watch a few spots that came up on x-ray but wasn't bothering me. With each visit it became more obvious they were just interested in getting me to agree to them to do more work.
Then today I was told that I could no longer be a patient because I just wanted to wait any watch these.
Horrible pressure to get fillings then dumped if you say no.
Don't recommend this place at all.

I highly recommend Cardinal Dental! I recently had to have my two front teeth crowned. Very traumatic event for me! The ladies that work here are so compassionate, caring and understanding. I was made to feel at ease and they helped relieve any stress I had about the situation. I cannot say how extremely happy I am with the results. The crowns are perfection, they look like my real teeth. No one will ever know that they are crowns! Cardinal Dentals' work is impeccable! The experience was the best dental experience I've ever had! Thank you!

Dr. Blalock and her staff were courteous, friendly and professional. They took the time to be careful, helpful and informative the entire time I was there. I had a painful tooth and they were extra careful in working with me and determining the cause and alleviating my pain. Highly recommend!

Of I could give 0 stars, I would. Let me start by saying, the dental services they provide are great. My two sons, my husband, and myself all had cleanings and X-rays done and the staff was very informative and kind.

Billing, that is another story. At the time of setting up my appointment, I was assured that they took my insurance. They sent me a bill a month after. I called numerous times with no response, so I went up there and hey said that they stopped working with my insurance company since my appointment, but that they would look into it because at the time of my appointment, my insurance was eligible.

Since they no longer took our insurance. I cancelled my husbands appointment. Two months prior to his appointment date. After the Cancellation, Cardinal Dental called to see if he could make another appointment at an earlier time due to a cancellation, and I explained the insurance issue and that I had cancelled the appointment. They then called two days before the original scheduled appointment as A reminder and I cancelled for the third time. THEN the day of the appointment they called to say that they would be charging $50 for a cancelled appointment! I really thought they were kidding at this point.

I received another past due invoice for me and my sons visit, and they said I must have received it by mistake and they apologized. I have called to check on the status, and this week, I received a letter from a collections agency. This has been the worst experience ever. Over a year we have been dealing with this headache. It’s just not worth it.
