I cannot adequately describe how happy I am with my braces experience at Best Care Dental. Dr. Maryana Kirolos and her staff are absolutely lovely! She is an amazingly talented professional who created a specialized plan for me to achieve my dream of having a beautiful smile in less than 7 months. I was never greeted with anything other than kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. She and her office are nothing short of spectacular. I’m eternally grateful!

Their team worked quickly and carefully. I’ve had dentists before they were very heavy handed. Even after a crown, I feel my healing process will be so smooth. Everything was explained very clearly and they were incredibly friendly and professional.

The service here is mildly inconsiderate and almost rude. I knew from my first visit they were not careful or thoughtful. I got the impression they are primarily cosmetic and capitalistic in their approach and delivery. Cleaning was more painful and rough than necessary. Their explanation of what was observed was vague and irreverent. I wouldn’t dare go for anything serious. I’ve had to go back several times for my spouse who didn’t believe me and wanted to continue being treated by them. He has now had to go back twice for a crown replacement because they can’t get the color right and has suffered damage to his gums and the surrounding teeth, creating a liability for any other dentist. Sometimes convenient location isn’t always best. They get a star for having a clean waiting area and at least appearing to be a functioning practice at first sight, but there is lots to be desired. Especially compared to other, similar practices. I hope this helps customers and the business.

Our family values honestly and integrity. Our two children went to see Dr. Kirolos. The visit was a major disaster. Beginning with the woman at the front desk to the assistant and then the doctor herself. These people offer terrible customer service and then the doctor had the audacity to offer our family gift cards after my daughter asked about their google reviews. I think this act was an effort to bribe us to to keep quiet about the DREADFUL EXPERIENCE we had at this dentist office. We will NEVER go back there.

If people don’t think someone else’s review is valid, all they need to do is search and the consistency of other comments. They are petty, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful to customers, and should not be in business.
This business and its staff deserve a rating below 1 star. I hope to others express their thoughts on the terrible service received.
I should have checked the reviews before booking here . I would have seen other people’s reviews HOW RUDE THE RECEPTIONIST is. The owners reprimands customers and defend bad behavior and terrible customer service.
I hope others see these reviews and choose wisely not to use this dentist.
