I had one of the worst visits. The receptionist was rude, called me right before, I was some irritated when already checked in with office multiple times, asked again for insurance when already did. The office didn't even call me back the first time. I had to call them after leaving 2 messages to get their service.

The hygienist was very nice and could hardly take my xrays or floss or brush my teeth. It was poorly done. She seemed like she hadn't done this before. I decided to give this dentist more tries event though in past poor manners. Dentist only spent less than 10 min, no empathy, no care and tried to charge me for a procedure that didn't happen. The receptionist asked if I had been numb, explained service and when I answered I didn't receive that service and asked why copay is higher than a regular, she said wasn't going to argue when just asking a question and in this case not even decent cleaning. Receptionist was rude when asked a question about why charging for a service that didn't happen since she brought it up. Then the dentist was yelling in the back about it. She then said she would run it through insurance, run what? fraud for a service that didn't happen, a not decent cleaning. She has the worst customer service. In fact, I don't even know how to report a fraud service charge. Would not recommend this place.

My update to owners response:

To address the owners response. No my reply had nothing to do with the late notices. I have documentation showing I had my previous dentist take a look at the work within 90 days of services (prior to the notices you stated were sent). The $1300 amount is not what was paid to your office that I am referring to, it is what I had to pay another office to correct your dental work. At the very least it should have been seen that the color of the crown did not match however I thought there was something I was not comprehending and gave it a few weeks to see if it was something that adjusted with time. Just as I also waited for the rough feel of the crown to go away that did not. The “tone” of your response feels as careless as experience. Thank you for the genuine concern about the services received or lack thereof. Your response implies that I was more than wise to bypass speaking with your facility after my dental services were rendered. You were able to locate my file information so even contacting me for greater detail of my review would have even been expected. Also, the two-year delay resulting in being sidetracked included: taking on the care of my father until his death, followed by surgery of my own that included recovery time (with corresponding paperwork & dates as well); not to mention the COVID lockdown that followed. So, dealing with this issue was insignificant during that timeframe. However, I do have issue with your office sending me late notices for $150 as a cancellation fee (for a cleaning I presume) prompting me to finally take action on an inappropriate display of financial “gorging”. If it were for a cleaning, covered by insurance my out of pocket expense would not have even exceeded the amount of this notice. The disdain I feel for receiving a bill for this amount for non-rendered services is ridiculous. To be followed by a review response of no options of resolution but instead accusations of accountability which is the opposite of what customer resolve is about. I did not provide information of things that did not occur only of my thoughts of the experience of what did occur. There was not balance of my bill of approximately $1200 because this was paid promptly with services rendered. The notices did not seem relevant to my review because they were not for a balance for services I received (this was paid in full on the same day I received service) but rather a missed appointment fee. however since you have mentioned them I did not mention that part because I will be taking actions outside of this review to rectify my grievance for that. I do think it was a bit low to try to imply to the reader(s) that I am dissatisfied only to avoid paying a bill. I am a tax paying, bill paying member of society but that reach of an accusation says quite a bit. I do not have questions however it is unfortunate no attempt of a resolve was made after my review, just finger pointing.

I rarely submit negative reviews however please beware, I would suggest not to use this dental facility for any dental work. I visited this dental office to have a root canal and crown work completed. The dentist chair side manner mediocre to put it nicely. She was very rough, heavy handed and did such a poor job I had to visit my previous dentist (which I only stopped going to because the location was now pretty far from my new home). The crown was placed incorrectly allowing food particles to get in and the color of the crown was very noticeably incorrectly matched. To have the procedure done correctly the cost was over $2500 and I will now have to dispute what was paid by insurance to this office. To add insult to injury I received a bill from the office months later for an appointment cancellation (as if I were returning to allow them to do anything else) for $150. They have sent several notices and the verbiage on the bill indicates it will be reported to my credit if it is not paid. I have lost time and money dealing with this issue!

Dr. Kirolos is an excellent dentist, smart, efficient, caring, personable. She also has an great staff who are highly competent, welcoming, and do excellent work. My wife and I have gotten top notch care there and recommend Dr. Kirolos with no reservations. She’s done Several crowns for us and her work was expert. My father was an oral surgeon in New York for 60 years so I know what it takes to be a great dentist and Dr. Kirolos and her whole staff have earned our utmost respect, confidence and gratitude.

was dreading getting cavities worked on right when quarantine started. several months later and teeth were desperately needing care. staff were extremely pleasant and new crown and bridge were excellent! initial temp taken, all staff is masked, and dental team wear masks and face shields as well

Broke a tooth and had to have a crown. Everything was done in one visit with the crown created on site... super convenient. Nice staff. Dr Kirolos has great bedside manner... I felt very comfortable. Taking my kids next...

Dr Maryana is very good at her work, i came to her for severe pain in my tooth, she gives her patient best medical care . The staff with Dr Maryana are great , with good dental hygiene specialist.
i give her 5/5 stars in professionalism, care, clean, neat in her clinic.
I recommended her to my friends and she also provided above expectation level of care which they actually were thankful for that great dental service she provide.

Dr. Kirolos has given me my smile back. Dr. K and her staff are very professional, efficient and friendly. The communication between the staff and the patient is taken very seriously. Dr. Kirolos makes the suggestions but you as the consumer make the final decision and that’s very much appreciated. Kudos to Best Care Dental!

The dentist and her staff are a phenomenal team. They care about their patients Very much. They are dedicated professionals and explain all the steps in dental care to make the patient comfortable. They are caring , friendly and flexible. They also take discount cards that helps patients with no dental insurance. I would recommend Best dental care always to my family and friends.
