I had been a patient since 2019. The handling of Dr. Habibi's departure, the practice not replacing her, and flat out cancelling all of her patients' existing appointments via voicemail, and then never being able to get through on the phone to reschedule was absolutely unacceptable. The general disorganization from the office's management and the fact that the staff seems clueless (if you can get in touch with them at all) has forced me to find a new dentist.

I had a terrible experience with Kathryn Simon, DDS. From coming in and not introducing herself. She kept talking about her cats to other staff and did not acknowledge my presence. This was my worst teeth examination, she kept pocking my gums so painfully. I tried to sign her to stop multiple times by raising my hands but she kept holding down my jaws and continuing. When I finally moved my head away to escape the pain from her she said the test is normally painful. I was surprised as all my other examinations in the past were not this brutal. I requested since it was painful if we can take breaks in between. She stood up and quickly stopped my examination & left. I felt it was unprofessional. I was left wondering why I came all the way after waiting for months for this. Her attitude was awful. I felt not listened to & shut off. I am going home with bleeding gums. I never want her as my dentist again. She made me feel like she was doing me a huge favor at her services. All my previous examinations here with other dentists were much better. The assistant was awesome. My insurance still paid for it even thou I didn’t receive care. I was going for my 6 month cleaning and oral exam & she didn’t do it.

My partner and I have been patients at this dental practice since 2019 and used to adore it! Dr. Habibi is the best dentist I've ever had, but she is or will no longer be at the practice. Everyone from reception to the dental assistants was friendly and accommodating; however, this is no longer the case.
This office has had high turnover within the last year, and many of our appts were rescheduled at Francis Park's request. We understood times are tough and have been willing to accommodate, but they provide no flexibility for their patients. I needed to reschedule one time due to a work conflict, and the next available appt was six months out. Are they unable to put you on a waitlist if another patient cancels or reschedules? They used to do this, not sure why it's not an option anymore.
My partner and I have interacted with Nathan on separate occasions, and he has changed our perspectives on this place in a negative way. We are both in the service industry, and we understand times are especially hard in healthcare right now. Nathan's unwillingness to listen or accommodate patients is disappointing. I was so happy when I found this place years ago; I recommended it to my friends and family! But after multiple unpleasant experiences and being unable to see a dentist in a timely fashion, we're looking for someplace new.

I was very hesitant going to the dentist, the fact that its been years since I've had a checkup made me nervous! I made a appointment which was a very easy process. Walking in i was greeted by the front desk which were very friendly, I was then greeted by the dental assistant Isa who was absolutely phenomenal, she was quick and efficient in her line of work, making me feel comfortable through my procedure. The dentist was very friendly as well made everything feel like a walk through the park. At the end of this I was very impressed with how everything went, I will be back!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. Dentist put me down in the system with having a gum infection without telling me, scheduled me for a different cleaning that could bypass my standard covered insurance.
Bad business practices. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I had such a good experience here. The staff worked through a difficult insurance issue to make sure I received all the coverage I could, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the doctor I saw, because her bedside manner was better than like...any doctor I've ever seen, for any reason. She was very considerate of my finances when making recommendations and even walked me through some purchase options that had nothing to do with any profit her practice would have made. Not pushy at all, just kind and direct. From this one experience, I definitely recommend these guys!

While the staff is generally friendly, I cannot say that I would recommend this practice. Multiple occasions they have charged me for services I didn't want/need, forced me to get services my insurance didn't cover without checking with me or confirming with my insurance. I complained until all of a sudden I didn't need a certain service anymore.
The last straw was when they tried to force me to put down a deposit on a crown because I had to move the appointment DUE TO MY WIFE GOING INTO LABOR! What a joke.
They hide this, but they are NOT a local dental practice. They are a corporate dentistry owned by Pacific Dental Services- who owns and operates 800 dentistry locations across 24 states. They will try and milk their patients for every penny they can because that is what corporate healthcare and dental practices do.
Their dental team is a revolving door of different dentists and hygienists that constantly leave and go elsewhere after very short stints. That is a huge red flag and indicator of how they operate.
I am happy to say that I am switching dentists and will not be back. I do not recommend getting any dental services at this place, not because of the service or work itself, but because of their very deceptive and shady business practices. Corporate dentistry is a cancer!

These professionals are the BEST!! They are so friendly, knowledgeable save they really care. They explain all their processes and billing to me before doing anything. Can't say enough about how welcome I feel. I look forward to going to the dentist!

Horrible customer service. I tried to give them my insurance and the guy kept dodging my call. They won't return my call or answer the phone for me. I finally had my insurance call and file the claim and they still won't answer or return my calls to check on the claim so I can get my refund. This is the most bizarre thing I experienced at a dentist office. Beware!!!!

Front desk was friendly but I felt they were trying to scam me. I walked out feeling confused because I have never had a dentist act the way they did. First, when I made the appointment over the phone the woman told me I needed all kinds of information. I only had my insurance number and she claimed I couldn't use my insurance with just that. When I arrived for the appointment it turns out I only needed the insurance number. Secondly, they told me I needed to pay $200 TODAY for just a cleaning. They said this is what my insurance policy dictates. This was odd because I have never heard that before. Every other dentist I have ever gone to has collected the copay and everything was fine. This office seems to have a problem with communication and I will need to find someone new.
