I did not have a good experience here. They were not knowledgeable about my dental insurance. They wanted to charge me over $100 for one filling, when my insurance actually charges $25. When I tried explaining that to the office manager, she acted like I was stupid. I found another dentist office that easily recognized my insurance charged me the RIGHT AMOUNT and had no problems! I was very disappointed

Dr. Habibi is amazing. I had a horrible experience with a previous dentist that left me needing two emergency root canals right when COVID started shutting everything down. The front desk staff dealt with my insurance and their dentists came in on short notice (several times) to help allievate my extreme pain. I've read some reviews of frustrated patients, but their office has honestly been the best experience I've ever had with dentists.

My first review 4 years ago about this place was great! However! Now this place is terrible!
Since I started going there 4 years ago they have lost at least two dentists and one hygienist.
They constantly get my phone number wrong, and my appointments. They also get my husband's appointments wrong also.
Very bad turn over and very poor communication skills.

Dr. Habibi was wonderful. However, I feel that the front desk staff was not upfront with me when I called twice to schedule a post-root canal crown. They told me that they have a contracted rate with my insurance for a porcelain crown at $1100. After some digging, I found out that there are other options for crowns that my insurance WILL cover at a $410 copay. When calling twice, they did not give me these options even though I was clearly upset about the price. When pressed about why they were not more forthcoming, they told me that my dentist thought the porcelain crown was the best option. I'm sure it is! It is also the most expensive. I would like to make the decision for myself. My advice: do your due diligence if the front desk staff tells you that there is only one price with your insurance.

DO NOT GET A CROWN DONE HERE!!!
I previous went to this dentist before and they were nice when I just got it cleaning. On January 26,2021 I went to get the right side of my mouth done which was 2 fillings at the top and 1 filling and a crown at the bottom. They had to numb the right side really good so that I didn’t feel anything. After she was so she ask me to bite down and grind my teeth which I thought I was doing ok since she let me leave after they got pictures of the crown in and I paid. The assistant said I can just Tylenol for the pain but it shouldn’t last nomore than a couple of days. A couple of days past but the pain is getting worse. I woke up out of my sleep because my face was throbbing so bad and I hadn’t ate anything because it was still hurting. They gave me an appointment to come back in. I see Dr. Hibbii again and yes I’m upset because I’m in so much pain so I told her that you didn’t say it would hurt this much because I would’ve got the tooth pulled. She started getting loud and saying you didn’t listen to me and no one ever does I told you to bite down and you wasn’t doing it correctly. She also said that I disrespected her for not listening.Now remind you my whole right side is numb so if I wasn’t doing it correctly you shouldn’t have let me leave or told me to come back the following day so that you correct it but she didn’t. She said it was my fault because she couldn’t get the right bite and that the fillings at the top had to be shaved down. After she had to numb my mouth again she gave me pain medicine and antibiotics for pain. It’s weeks later and I’m just now being able to chew on that side of my mouth. On top of that it’s 2 different types of crowns but they don’t let you have a choice they just tell you about the most expensive one and have you in debt with them. I felt totally disrespected and disappointed with my service

Wonderful experience at Francis Park Dental! Had my wisdom tooth extracted which is never fun, but if anyone is looking for a new dentist, I cannot recommend this place enough! Dr. Habibi was SUPER patient, sweet and gentle with my sensitive, squirmish mouth. She even had me laughing out loud at moments during the procedure! No dentist has ever achieved that before! I didn't even have the laughing gas, just her wonderful, affable personality. I can't believe these words are coming out of my mouth, but I actually look forward to going back!

Front desk staff neglected to inform me surgeon could not perform my oral surgery until 4 days beforehand, when I scheduled surgery a month in advance and got everything set with work. I ended up having to upend everything that week schedule wise, lose a day of pay and take the only PTO day I had on hand to accommodate a lack of planning on their part.

Never had an issue with my visits otherwise. Everyone has always been super kind and friendly. That's why I can't go below 3 stars.

Had a great experience here! From making the first call to make an appointment to just having a cleaning and checkout, everything was a delightful experience. Dr. Habibi was very thorough and in-depth with all the information she provided me. All the staff was very nice and meticulous in explaining every part of the process (from X-rays, to payment and insurance). All my questions, doubts, or concerns were heard. Would def come back.

Bad customer service. The office manager called to tell me that she would have to move my June appointment because one of the dentists left. I didn’t mind flexing to help them. But, when she insisted on scheduling me in November, I got very angry. She offered to put me on a waiting list. No way. Not going to be chopped liver.
