My experience with Francis Park Dentistry was excellent. We moved to Burlington, Iowa, 2 years ago from St. Louis. My dental experiences in Burlington have been unpleasent and expensive. When the Burlington dentist said I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted, he refered me to an oral surgeon. The OS estimated a cost of $500 to $700. My wife suggested calling Francis Park, where she'd been a patient. I spoke with Dr. Mathai, who said he could do the extraction for less than $300 after an examination. His work was nearly painless and had removed the tooth before I knew it. The entire staff is pleasant and considerate. They could teach the good old boy network in Burlington some lessons in empathy. It was well worth the trip.

Highly recommend them, I found them through 1-800-dentist and the Staff was exceptionally nice from the front desk to the nurses and the doctor! I had 5 teeth removed at once the nurses made me very comfortable & took well care of me i would recommend! not to mention they offer payment plans!!

I went into Francis Park for a tooth extraction because I was having a severe tooth ache in my right side-top molar that’s broken due to my wisdom tooth growing right next to it. I’ve had the same procedure done on my left side at a different place. Francis Park told me that the tooth was too complicated to extract and that I will need to have it surgically removed along with all 4 of my wisdom teeth. So I paid $95 for them to do nothing. They scheduled a surgery which my insurance only covers 20% so I would’ve spent thousands of dollars upfront which I cannot afford so I had them cancel the appointment. Then they tried to charge me a “cancellation fee” after telling them I couldn’t afford the surgery. Like wow thanks! No, this place is a scam DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND MAKE YOU GET PROCEDURES YOU DON’T NEED! I went to another place and they told me that they can extract the tooth and that I don’t need all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, just the bottoms because they’re horizontal unlike the top 2 that are vertical and are growing in fine. Francis Park is so pathetic they wouldn’t even send over my X-Rays to my new and improved dentist after calling them 3 times to do so! I will never go back and I advise everyone to stay away from this place!

I came for a check.up and cleaning, but there was no cleaning instead I'm being referred to a specialist. This is the second time I'm sent to a specialist and last time the specialist did nothing.

Nice, professional office, dentist is very friendly and pleasant; however, I had 2 procedures that were not done properly. First, resulted in a broken crown in less than a year, which could have been typical crown failure.. unknown cause at best. On a separate tooth, a 2nd crown was not sealed properly, issue discovered after moving to a different city, different dentist. The x-ray showed a gap between my tooth and the crown.

My first visit and it was very pleasant. The reception area is bright and welcoming, and the wonderful desk attendants really set the tone for the visit. The dental assistant, dentist, and hygienist are all top notch. Everything was explained before it was done, and a plan for my future care was made, as well. Great experience!

My husband and I both go to Francis Park Dentistry and it is the first time that we've found dentists we love and trust. Dr. Habibi and Hygienist Kyle are both so professional, kind, gentle, and patient, and took time to explain what they were doing, why, and how to take care of myself at home. I know I am getting excellent care with them. My husband has seen Dr. Mathai and Dr. Fadahunsi and feels the same way. The dental assistants and office managers are also kind and professional, and take time and effort to make sure things work out with insurance and payment. The entire office is excellent. We are so glad we found Francis Park Dentistry!

Francis Park Dentistry is by far the best experience I've had with dental work. The moment my appointment began I felt comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. Dr. Habibi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to actually explain what she was doing and she made me feel like a person not just another patient in her day. I highly recommend FPD for your dental needs, I know I will be a lifetime customer.

Francis Park dentistry provides a great professional, informative, and friendly experience. I was greeted by two amazing girls, Leslie and Whitney, at the front desk who got me checked in and introduced me to the doctor. Dr. Mathai is extremely personable and trustworthy and spent time getting to know me, why I was visiting, and explained next steps. I received a quick and painless set of xrays from Ariona. Afterward, I was quickly examined by the hygienist, Kyle, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and how I could improve or maintain my dental hygiene practices. Dr. Mathai then came in and also examined my teeth and confirmed what Kyle had found. Additionally they were able to explain that I had been clenching and grinding my teeth which was causing jaw pain AND wearing down my teeth. I now not only have clean teeth, but I also have a nightguard to wear to prevent further damage. Truly an amazing experience and I’d recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!
