Francis Park Dentistry is a dental clinic located in St. Louis, Missouri. The clinic offers a range of dental services such as cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, teeth whitening, and dental hygiene. The clinic is open from Monday to Friday, with limited hours on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
However, when it comes to customer reviews, Francis Park Dentistry is a mixed bag. While some customers have had a great experience, others have had negative experiences. Several customers have complained about the constant turnover of dentists and hygienists, which has led to rescheduling of appointments and poor communication. One customer mentioned that they had been a patient since 2019 and used to adore the clinic but have since had multiple unpleasant experiences and are now looking for a new dentist.
Other customers have complained about the clinic's business practices, such as upselling questionable procedures and canceling appointments without notice. One customer mentioned that they had an emergency with a broken tooth but were told they could not get into the clinic for four months. Another customer complained that the clinic only cares about money and not dental care and would never recommend anyone going there.
On the other hand, some customers have had a positive experience with the clinic. One customer mentioned that their experience with Francis Park Dentistry was amazing, and they would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Another customer mentioned that every staff member was friendly, good at their job, and professional.

All of the anxiety I had about seeing a dentist for the first time in years immediately dissipated. Everyone on the staff was super sweet and genuine, very informative and quick to get you in and out, without rushing you if you have questions. I was able to get fillings the same day no problem, as well as a whitening kit. They offer a variety of services at a super reasonable cost. Amazing experience all around. I highly recommend this office!

I'm only giving them three stars because they went above and beyond to help me when I had a dental emergency a few years ago. However, I had my regular six month appointment scheduled for a Friday morning. Due to my work schedule, I need early morning appointments, so I had scheduled this appointment way ahead of time. Well, I got a call from them, actually a voicemail, a week before my appointment saying my appointment was being canceled because the dentist "no longer worked Fridays", and instead of honoring the appointment, I had to call and reschedule. It took me calling twice to get anyone to call back, and finally got an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday morning at 7am.
I confirmed the appointment, and arrived there just before 7 for my appointment. As I was filling out the paperwork, 10 minutes into my visit, the person working the desk told me that they had found out the day before that the dentist I had scheduled with had a meeting and wouldn't be in, so I was going to have to wait to see the other dentist, who wouldn't be there until 8. But, they "didn't want to tell me because I had already had to reschedule". So, I drove all the way out there at 7am, only to have to cancel my appointment because I had another appointment and couldn't wait for the other dentist to arrive at 8. All they would say is "I'm sorry", and made me feel bad for being frustrated that they decided not to call me to tell me my appointment would be an hour late. So unprofessional.

This is hands-down the best dental office I've ever visited. Like most people, I don't exactly look forward to spending time in the dentist's chair. I still don't, but Francis Park Dentistry makes everything surrounding that experience pleasant - dare I say even enjoyable?
The front office staff are genuinely personable. They're always quick, prompt and helpful. Back of house puts you at ease and continues the customer service you receive front of house, and during my first visit they explained everything very clearly.
If you're searching for a new dentist, I would absolutely recommend checking this office out!

Since day one it's been nothing but problems.
Called as new patient was wanting a full dentist since I don't have one anymore. I selected them as they were listed as an oral surgery as well as general.
Had a chipped tooth that needed to be taken care of one way or another and informed them of this. Go in get x-rays and told they recommend root canal. Tell them adamantly that it was not possible for me too do that and it needed to be pulled. The doctor did not feel comfortable doing it, Then informed they only have the oral surgeon in once a month.
Add to this unreturned calls and the staff not paying attention when I tell them what needs to be done.
Only give a 2 star because they did offer 100 off another procedure they recommended.

The greatest dentists! I always had pain in my previous dental experiences outside of Francis Park which caused me to build up alot of anxiety about visiting the dentist but this place really took care of me. They made me feel at ease, answered any questions I had, & explained everything they were doing. So far I have felt no pain with them. Anything that is done to me there (laser gum cleaning, cavity fill, & crown) I get anxiety prior to but after I feel silly that I ever did in the first place because it went so smoothly. I cannot recommend this place enough! Go here!! Also it’s mostly ladies so go girls!!

The dental cleaning is great, and the workers are friendly but do not attempt to get any advanced dental work done here. They gave my husband scaling and root planing, but but he followed up with TWO periodontists, and both told him they were shocked he could have had the procedure done correctly in the past year. We were charged over $300 by Francis Park to have the procedure done incorrectly, and ended up having to pay out of pocket for an actual periodontist to get the job done correctly. Go to a provider who knows what they are doing.

I've been going here a few years now because the staff is the friendliest in town! They get the job done and they don't mess around. I like that I don't have to make a bunch of appointments to get all of my stuff done, they try their best to get fillings and cleanings done in one appointment. Dr. Habibi is so friendly and clearly explains everything that is going to be done. Lia is always really gentle while cleaning my teeth and DOESN'T MAKE ME BLEED (hallelujah)! And as always, I love walking in and getting to see Casey and Leslie because they're the friendliest around town and always work towards getting me the best deal with my benefits.

I'm always so pleased with my visits to Francis Park Dentistry. I've had procedures done by their Dentist Dr. Habibi and Periodontist Dr. Bushong, and they both did a fabulous job. My experiences with all the staff are great- they're so personable and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, and make sure you understand everything regarding procedures, payments, future appointments and overall dental plan. You know when you look forward to going to the Dentist, they're doing something right!

I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated when I called with what I considered a dental emergency. I have a dental only that fell off this morning and I was lucky that I was able to put it back on. I called what is supposed to the office and got a strange customer service line. The woman laughed when I told her what happened. She told me the soonest they could get me in was 3 weeks later. I reiterated that this is an emergency. She said she would take my info and call the office. I never heard back and called later in the day when I found an actual office number. I received the same info of July 20th even though this is an emergency. There was no empathy in the intake person's voice. They had know feedback for me when I asked what happens if it falls out again.
Francis Park Dentistry is part of a large corporate dental company and they have no compassion for their patients. The bottom line is the dollar in front of them.
I called another local dentist with a private practice and she is able to get me tomorrow and her receptionist was super empathetic and excited to bring in a new patient. Stay away from corporate dental!!!

I got a used car salesman vibe from this dentist. The dentist I saw Natalie Habibi. It was a new patient visit, everything went fine up until she tried to sell me a "deep clean" for periodontal disease. I do have a receding gum line, which I have been told before, but I have really healthy teeth, and I have no pain or issues. I told her I did not want anything that was not covered by my insurance. Her creepy response to this was "when I hear that it concerns me". That felt like such an odd thing to say, like she doesn't like to work with patients who only want to do what is covered by their insurance. Anyway she told me that if I did not agree to this "deep clean" then she would no longer be able to see me as a patient. I asked for a quote on the procedure and then told her that I would consider it. She then made me sign a form saying that I was going against her advice. It felt like she was trying to fit selling the procedure to me into the short amount of time that she alloted for me as a patient, and no longer wanted to spend extra time on me if i was not going to be paying extra beyond what my insurance covered. I then went up to the front desk to collect my quote and the second receptionist asked me when I would like to schedule my my next routine 6 month cleaning. This was so inconsiderate and embarrassing. The dentist should have told the front desk that I was now essentially banned from their practice until I agree to pay for the "deep clean". I then embarrassingly told her that I was not allowed to come back for a regular routine cleaning. Took the paper and left. I then promptly canceled my sons next appointment with francis park dentistry and called a different dentist. I would not reccomend to anyone and will not be going back to this dentist.
