I was recommended to come to Midwest Dental Seven Oaks by a friend and I have had the most enjoyable experience. I had to have a deep clean and a few fillings done as it had been years since I’d seen a dentist. The staff makes you so comfortable and everyone is so nice. Dr. Kodesia is literally the sweetest person with such empathy and compassion for people. I’m pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening the entire time. I’ve really grown to enjoy coming to the dentist because of the people. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dentistry. They have a life long customer with me.

You know what a great staff looks like. You need to get your dental work here at Midwest Dental. Everyone is so friendly and show great care and customer service. Dr. Kodesia is very comforting and knowledgeable, Q is very accommodating and knows how to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Steph is very good at cleaning teeth and very efficient. Melissa and Michelle are so pleasant with beautiful smiles and jokes to make you feel happy. I will always come back here. I actually enjoyed coming to the dentist because of this great staff. My appointments with Dr. Kodesia have all been pleasant experiences. She is caring and gentle and explains what she is doing. She and her staff are always a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Kodesia is very professional & aggressive in her approach to getting you the best care for your whole mouth health. Staff were wonderful as well.

I have had numerous negative encounters with the staff of Midwest Dental and since the new dentist has taken over the practice. The dentist and the staff working in the treatment area were fantastic....but the office staff behind the counter...HORRIBLE! This includes the office manager who is less than desired! I was told an amount for a crown and then after I received the crown I received a bill for over $700! I was told a price and I had paid that up front. The office staff told me that insurance didn't pay as much as they thought....this is supposed to be verified BEFORE the treatment! Secondly, I was brought in for a filling due to a cracked tooth and I was also getting fitted for a bite guard. I was told a price and received a print out of my treatment plan. I spoke with the person behind the counter on the day I was scheduling to have the procedure and she told me that I could have the total added to my already large bill and payment plan from their FIRST mistake. I am on a monthly plan with them for $50 a month, which I pay more if I am able. On the date of service the office manager checked me out and said here is the total. The total was around $500 and she expected me to pay for it right there! I told her I was on a payment plan due to the other mistake they made and that I was told this amount could be added to it. She tells me that is not correct and they want payment on the date of service. WOW! Get your facts straight! I do not have over $500 to just hand you. She said, "well I have to get paid too"! Not ok! I have ALWAYS paid my bills on time and will pay the $50 or more a month. She then gave me until September to have it paid off. I told her again that I will pay at least $50/month but I could not set up the payment plan for more. She gave me a nasty look and mumbled something under her breath. The office manager needs to learn compassion and how to speak to clients. She is unprofessional and should not be allowed to interact with clients. I WILL NOT recommend ANYONE go there! They love to upcharge for services AFTER they have been completed. FYI...they have a high review due to Dr. Emery who was wonderful! He has since left the practice.

I'm the world's biggest baby when it comes to dental work. But Dr. Kodesia and her staff are fabulous! She is so caring and gentle. She constantly asks me if I'm doing ok. And she does great work too. The entire staff is very nice, thoughtful and helpful. I'm very pleased with this Midwest Dental office.

I was able to get a convenient appointment that worked with my busy schedule. The office hours and front desk were very understanding. I was overdue for a cleaning and check-up and the hygienist and dentist didn’t make feel guilty about it. I was anxious about going in, but the dental team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The hygienist was very friendly and so gentle! Dr. Kodesia was very knowledgeable and caring - she answered all of my questions and was very personable. She made me feel well cared for! The office was very clean and up-to-date. I really liked the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms! I will definitely be going back for my dental care! Great experience!

Really had a great experience with Dr. Kodesia and team today. Everyone was really easy going and really made a dentist experience enjoyable (I even laughed a few times). The whole staff kept me informed and updated on everything that was going on and made sure I understood next steps. They were very transparent on pricing so there were no surprises at the end of the visit.

Midwest Dental Seven Oaks was a God send! I had needed a root canal for the past month and have called around to numerous places and had not been treated with the level of care, urgency or respect like I was treated with at Midwest dental seven oaks! Let me begin with the staff, they are absolutely fabulous! So well educated and considerate! All the ladies in that office AND the doctor are simply amazing!!! I will be going here for any other dental work from now and in the future!! I strongly encourage to anyone considering this dental location to go for it! The office is fabulous and the doctor is so kind and considerate, very well educated and skilled !! I simply cannot say anything but great things about this place!!! I want to thank everyone at Midwest Dental Seven Oaks for making my experience such a great one! Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Although I have not been a patient of Dr. Kodesia for very long, I have had to go in multiple times in the last two months for a few different issues. I have been so pleased with her kind nature and attention to detail; her concern for my well-being and in alleviating my pain has been wonderful. Not only does she do an excellent job, but so does her staff. One person mentioned to me how much she enjoys working with Dr. Kodesia, and it’s evident in the fact that this is a pretty terrific team with great energy. I’m thrilled with the care and service I’m receiving from this office!
