The West County Dental Team are the best hands down!! Dr. Spalitto takes his time to explain everything to me, answer any questions I might have, and explains every option you have to correct your situation. The WCD team are the best of the best. I have A LOT of dental work I need done personally, coming up soon. and I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Spalitto, and WCD team. The work I have had done here in the past, is done with care, professionalism & perfection every time, and WITHOUT THE PAIN!! I hated going to the dentist until I met Dr. Spalitto & the WCD team. I will continue to refer, and have recommended West County Dental to anyone talking about needing dental work done. I am so looking forward to the major dental work I need done very soon, and seeing the final results. I know for a fact, I will be so happy when all is completed. I would not trust any other than Dr. Spalitto & the entire WCD team with ALL my dental needs. I will be able to smile again, without the pain & embarrassment of having bad teeth and covering my mouth when talking or laughing. Dr. Spalitto and the entire WCD team always takes so much pride in their work, and makes sure you know every step to take when caring for your teeth at home afterwards. I have had Dr. Spalitto call me personally to see how I was doing after a procedure(s), and that means a lot to me to know WCD really does care about their patients, before & after your visit (s). I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. West County Dental is always a VERY clean & VERY sterile atmosphere. The professional, friendly employees that make up the WCD team always greet you with a smile. Knowing your needs are their main concern, means so much. Dr. Spalitto makes sure to take his time, and takes so much pride in his work, it definitely always shows when completed. More importantly Dr. Spalitto & the WCD team, always makes sure their patients are always comfortable, at ease and honestly answers any questions you might have before any procedure. Most of all, Dr. Spalitto always makes sure you are 100% happy and satisfied with the final results, as he is a perfectionist in his skills and work. There is no doubt in my mind, from my past & current experience (I have been with WCD for approximately 13-14 years) you will be happy too that you visited West County Dental. In my personal opinion, West County Dental is the best I have ever been to, and I will continue to go to and recommend to others. Dr. Spalitto and his staff are exceptional. Equipment is modern. I recently had one crown put on a tooth and two cavities filled. Dr. Spalitto and his staff made certain I understood the procedure, they answered all of my questions, and said that I was in charge during the procedures. Crown was made while I was in the office. Equipment is very modern. Dr. Spalitto contacted me the next day to follow up on pain management. I highly recommend West County Dental for dentistry needs.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Spalitto and the entire team. Everyone was nice, helpful and caring. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and calm my fears of having dental work done.

I hadn't been in a dentist chair in 30 years, not because I didn't need care, but because my previous experiences were so bad I was unwilling to. The last few years had gotten progressively worse...broken teeth, multiple cavities, I decided I needed to do something about it. I began researching and ended up choosing West County Dental, and it turned out to be a wise choice. It goes without saying that Dr. Pete is amazing at what he does, and I fully expected that and was not disappointed. What really struck me was his staff. Every one of them was incredible. Knowledgeable, personable, and truly excelled at everything they did. They made it easier to see it through, and I'm very happy I did! Thank you to all who helped me get through the work that I needed.

Dr. Spalitto and Team are truly amazing. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and experts at their crafts. All my appointments have been personalized to my dental and scheduling needs. I also love that Dr. Spalitto can do all my dental services at his office. I highly recommend West County Dental.

Dr. Spalitto was courteous and humorous throughout the process. He and his assistant repeatedly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable (as comfortable as a molar root canal can be...). He talked through the entire process and kept me updated on his progress. The whole staff was incredibly kind. Additionally, they were able to arrange a same day appointment to help alleviate the pain. While I'd rather not be forced to return on short notice for emergency pain relief, I'd happily reach out to West County Dental again!

Let me just start by saying I finally have relief from my tooth pain after coming here!! I didn’t take care of my teeth for a while due to depression so going in I was very nervous, but everyone made me feel very comfortable and tried everything possible to accommodate me. All of the staff are extremely non-judgmental and they are truly knowledgeable about what they’re doing. The nurses and Dr. Spalitto constantly check in to make sure you’re doing alright while you’re there which is so comforting. Everyone from Dr. Spalitto, the dental nurses, to even the people at the front desk are all absolutely wonderful! I’m finally taking care of my dental hygiene and they gave me the confidence to do so by helping educate me about routines and what I need to do for my teeth specifically. Dr. Spalitto is only a phone call away as well and the front desk is amazing at what they do, so never feel like you have to worry if you are having pain and need assistance! Someone will reach out :) Also, this review was written a few months after I started going to Dr. Spalitto so it’s not like it was a one-off good experience. I’ve had a great experience every single time and my grandma even goes here too! Thank you to the caring people who work here for helping me and my grandmother. And to anyone reading this who’s trying to find a new dentist, PLEASE try Dr. Spalitto out! I guarantee you’ll have a good experience or else you can personally hold me accountable!

I actually look forward to going to West County Dental! Everyone there is so friendly and professional. I drive about 1 1/2 hours to get there and don’t have a problem with that! 😁

Awesome dental practice. Have been going to Dr. Spalito for 4 years and I can't say enough about my experience. It took me several years to find a dentist I am comfortable with & I'm so happy Dr. Pete was recommended. His office is friendly & professional, I've never had to wait & most of all, he does everything in-house so all work can be done in one visit. No more temporaries!!! He is up to date and treatments are not painful nor uncomfortable. Everything is explained upfront and you can choose the level of care you want. Highly recommend .
