Was there from 1:35 until 3:55. But still loved the service and people there. Everyone was so nice especially the person doing the cleaning just a very long visit

Plaza health has started just administering services that they charge for and insurance does not typically cover without asking the patient if they want it. I checked out for my regular cleaning check up and was told I owed for an oral cancer screen that took 30 seconds and a fluoride treatment. Didn’t realize I was going to get charged for these services. A heads up would have been nice or better yet ask me if I want them.

This office is pretty the best Dentist office I've ever been to!!! They make you feel so comfortable.They are very honest and thorough with everything they do for you. If you walk out of there upset, its probably just you having a bad day not them. Check it out and see for yourself.

Best dental office ever!!! The front desk girls are so welcoming and warm your heart with smiles, hellos, and positivety as soon as you walk in!! The dentist, dental hygienists, & dental assistants are also really really sweet and comforting! Also very organized and communication is 10/10. They got me in and out super quick too! Hands down best place u can go for cleanings/ any teeth problems.

I went in today to find out what was going on with one of my teeth as I have been in extreme pain. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist I believe it was Julie; to the doctor, Dr. Schmidt all made me feel completely at ease and comfortable and had amazing attitudes. Everyone showed me so much kindness. I really appreciated the experience I had and I will be back. This is how you build trust with new patients, especially anxious ones who have had a bad experience or two. Can’t recommend enough!

I guess the easiest way to sum up my experience would be disappointing.
I’ve never gone into a dentist appointment as a new patient and not received a cleaning. This office has technology I’ve never seen used (not sure if that’s a positive or negative at this point.) I had asked the hygienist if they had a disposable toothbrush I could use to brush before my appointment as I hadn’t had a chance to brush before going in and it was stated she would take care of that. That never happened.
X-rays and inspection seemed pretty routine and standard for a dental office.
I was rescheduled multiple times prior to my first appointment, which one was understandable due to weather concerns but the others could be debatable on why. On arrival, I wasn’t greeted with a Hello or a Hi, but with a “Whats your last name?”
Dentist and hygienist are very nice, so no complaints there. Only reason for the second star was because they polished up a spot on a tooth for me. I am undecided if I will return here in the future and I am leaning toward more than likely not.
Edit: Reduced to one star after they contacted me today and wanted my feedback and as I was giving feedback, I was constantly cut off while speaking and could hardly even get a word in. In addition to that, the person I spoke to used COVID as an excuse for the less than desirable customer service. It appears they just want to bring you in on multiple visits so they can charge you more versus actually caring about patients.
