n March 2015 I went to Cardinal Dental. 1400 Tria Center. St Petere MO 63376Dr Cynthia Ulrick.
I went to her to get new set of dentures made. My cost was 1,025,00. I paid that. They came back crooked, all messed up. She said they needed my dentures that I was wearing to make mold. Well the ones I am wearing are to big that is why I am spending 1,025.00 for new ones. After several try ins when teeth were still is wax. She told me she paid to have them re alined. Well she didn't cause they were still in wax. I tried wax ones in again. Told her they were still to big. She said when they put them in permanent gums they will schrink and be tighter. She sent them off. They came back in permanent gums. They were still way to big on top. I know they are to form a suction, no way. they were felling down. She said well why dont you take them home and try them I said NO, I am not leaving with them now tight enough. Not fitting right. So she sent them back to lab. This whole process took from March until August
. On August 6 I went in to pick up my denture. The receptionist told me I would be getting a bill in the mail for 192.00 for getting them re alined. I said why should I have to pay that? when lab is the one who didn't get them right. Asked her the labs name she would give it to me. She went back and talked to dentist then came out and said I had to pay the 192.00 to even get my teeth. I argued I should have to pay since lab was the one who couldn't get them right. So they would not give me my teeth I already paid in full for months before that. I put the 192.00 on my charge card. Went back and tried on dentures. Still way to big, tops falling down. Dentist came in, I told her they were to big. She said well they wont feel like your real teeth> I KNOW THAT. I told her she promised they would shrink and fit. she started to argue. I told her basically you lied and now took 192.00 more dollars for teeth that do not fit. We had words, I left.
when I got home I sent her pictures of the teeth. Where the gum and lip meet in front, they usually have dentures cut down like a top of a heart for that piece of skin. These are straight across. The bottoms rub too. She has not returned any emials or calls.
I feel I am owed the 192.00 back AT LEAST. after 5 months, 1,025.00 plus 192.00 I have dentures I cannot wear, They hurt to bad.Went in to have dentures made. gave me price, I paid it. took 5 months to get dentures. went in to try them on. still loose, cut funny & charged me another 192.00 because THEIR lab could not get them right. STILL NOT RIGHT. Dr. VERY ARROGANT. Lied to me. NEVER AGAIN!! This Dentist is horrible.

I have now experienced two visit to Cardinal Dental. Both times I received Royal Treatment. Everyone without exception were personable and kind.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT TRIAD DENTAL. I had a terrible experience with this place. I had a crown put on at this location in St. Peters MO and the deal was for me to come in twice. One for them to make a mold of my teeth for a new tooth, then the second visit was to put in the new crown/tooth. First off the place is not very clean, the main dentist smells like smoke and doesn't wear a facemask while he is working on you. He sucks at numbing you which you pay for when the numbing wears off. So I went in the first visit and it was ok, second visit they got the wrong crown sent to them so I had to wait another 2 weeks and he had to numb me again, which was horrible. My third visit they called me 5 mins before I showed up and said the new tooth has not arrived. So they made me another visit and after the FOURTH visit they installed my new crown. Long story short I asked for compensation for the time they wasted and the money I missed out with work for taking off 4 different times and gas. The dentist talked to me and said you have two choices, "One there is a door over there to walk out or the front door." So rude that words cant discribe. He took no responsiblity for the actions of his place, didnt even want to make things right and blamed it on me because I was not happy with their servies and voiced my opinion. Triad Dental only cares about their money and NOTHING else. You have been warned.

I have recommended several people here. Great atmosphere, and even better staff. Dr. Cynthia Blalock is so sweet, and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Cardinal Dental!

Very clean and pleasant place. Staff was friendly. Everything was explained to me in a pleasant manner. Showed me x-rays and pictures so that I can visually see what needs to be done. They worked with my schedule as well as theirs to come up with a plan.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIIST!! please read edits,, they are prejudice and liars. i was quoted a price for a tooth that i needed extraction and the price doubled and they did nothing. I am disabled and have tatoos, as soon as they saw my tatoos, they started whispering behind doors and treated me like garbage. They try and scam you, I went in to get a tooth that was in extreme pain pulled and they referred me to a surgeon for an entirely different tooth that wasnt bothering me. and sent me on my way in MORE pain as they cracked my hurting tooth more. STAY AWAY !!!
She Cracked my tooth when she looked in to my mouth with her mirror. it wasnt from a procedure, since she did nothing.! I just got back from an amazing dentist who gave me antibiotics, got me out of pain and pulled the tooth that I originally came in to see her for. No issues, it took 15 minutes and done. In 4 weeks i am going back to have the "life threatening" tooth taken care of. Which from the dentist I just saw, laughed at and said there is no immediate danger and NEW INEXPERIENCED DENTISTS dont like to handle things that may take some skill because they just dont have the EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE to do it properly. The price he qouted was WELL beneath your qoute. Besides, the tooth that YOU dentist freaked out about isnt bothering me and wasnt at the time. SHE sent me away in pain and did NOTHING!!!!!! Christian's should not act this way and she is a POOR REFLECTION of Christians everywhere. She is the reason that people look at so called Christians and shake their heads. Because SHE does not have the EXPERIENCE she blamed something else INSTEAD of owning up to what the REAL issue was. Final point, SHE COULD have still taken out the tooth that I just had removed. Simple extraction, nothing major, no sections, no cuts , nor flaps. Why was this not done so i could get out of PAIN!! Dont blame an issue that wasnt there, SHE needs to grow up and do her job and help people. NOT try and benefit from their misfortune and take money they dont have because SHE is afraid of doing a procedure. She has a bible laying out in the waiting room. So ill leave you with this the OPPOSITE OF CARDINAL DENTAL ,,First John 3:17 “But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him?”

Very friendly and professional staff. Always concerned with your
comfort. The dental equipment is current and up to date.
If you are looking for a first rate dental experience this is the place
to go.

Dr Blalock and staff make going to the dentist enjoyable. I’ve been a patient at Cardinal Dental since it first opened and they have always gone above and beyond in caring for their patients.

Dr. Blalock and her team did everything to make me as comfortable as possible during my filling procedures. The whole experience was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Young, smart, lovely dentist using new technology, love it! Billing department on top of it. Front desk girls friendly and welcoming.
