The staff are wonderful - very knowledgeable/helpful, taking the time needed to answer all my questions. Very clean facility and great atmosphere. Dental appointments can be stressful but Cardinal Dental helped make my visit a pleasant one. Thank you!!!

A great first time visit with the lovely Dr C. Blalock. She was great with my kiddo. So informative and easy to talk to. Very clear with her recommendations and very thorough in hwr explanations. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Office was clean and well appointed.

Have been very satisfied with Cardinal Dental for about a year now, and I had a recent experience that made me feel Dr. Cynthia is more than just a good dentist. My concern was about a new crown being needed on an upper front tooth, due to a cavity under the old crown, worried me. I am a jazz musician, and alto saxophone is my instrument. Dr. Cynthia assured me she and her staff would be able to exactly match the original tooth, a dental task that was not a guarantee until recently. Due to the stat-of-the-art equipment now at her facility, and her excellent staff, my tooth feels exactly the same, and my armature is just as before. No change. It also was painless, and all done at one time. No going back for a second visit! Every step of the way concerning cost, treatment and expectation was met, and I am very happy about the total experience.

Dr Blalock was amazing! My daughter had to get her lip and tongue revised at 10 weeks. The procedure was quick and it healed fast with the new laser she offers. She was very warm and gentle with my daughter and continually put me and my husband's concerns to rest. I highly recommend her!

I am very pleased with the treatment I received here! I was way overdue for a cleaning. We moved to this area a while ago and I just hadn't found a dentist yet. I am very picky about dentists so I am always nervous to try someone new. Some of my bonding on a tooth that I had chipped years ago came off, and I was wanting to get it fixed quickly. This office got me in very quickly to get this fixed and Dr. Blalock did a great job. I was able to schedule my cleaning a different date. My hygienist was great and I am very happy with how my cleaning and exam went- I felt like they were very thorough. Dr. Blalock, my hygienist, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional. I will be getting my husband in here ASAP!

The care that was provided for me was fantastic. I felt like everyone who I came in contact with (front desk people, hygienist, and doctor) all were very personable and made me feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous to go to the dentist because it had been 2 years since I had gone. I didn't feel judged at all. I needed a little bit of extra work done (fillings- eerrrrr) and by the time I went up to the counter to 'check out' they already had an estimate ready for me that included how much my insurance was going to cover and how much I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I had a great experience and would recommend this office to everyone!

Dr Cyndi and staff were professional, friendly and took good care of me. I only go the dentist when I have to and had the same dentist for 25+ years, before he retired last September. Thankful that I found a dentist office/staff that made me feel comfortable and met my dental needs.

I took both of my daughters (ages 11 months and 8 years) to have Dr. Blalock revise their lip and tongues ties. We met Dr. Blalock, she examined the girls to make sure they were ready for revisions, and used her laser to correct their ties that day! She was easy to talk to, listened to my questions, and gave me some good advice on stretches and outside work my kiddos might need in order to help their mouths and muscles heal properly. She and her staff praised my oldest for doing such a good job and it really helped her to feel more comfortable with the whole situation. They also called the next morning to check up on my girls and see if I had any other questions. They were thorough and the whole staff very clearly loves helping kids and moms with this type of thing. I highly recommend using Cardinal Dental for tie revisions for kids of any age!

I had a wonderful experience at Cardinal Dental. The office is very nice and the people are even more so. Fast and friendly, I was well taken care of. My hygienist Samantha was very delicate, no pain at all and a wonderful cleaning. Dr. Cynthia was absolutely the best, knowledgeable and tells you how it is.

Cannot say enough nice things about Cardinal Dental. Being a former patient of Dr. Evans at Triad Dental (same location) I decided to just stay there and see how I like it. I recently had a visit to get a new crown. Not something you look forward to. However, for the amount of time I spent there (reasonable considering the procedure) I was not dreading it and dying to get out of there. The staff is EXCELLENT! They are still in the process of remodeling from the previous business, but what they've done so far looks so comfy, yet professional and very nice. Nice atmosphere, awesome staff, and great customer service. Dr. Ulrich even had a few minutes to just sit and chat with me after my procedure. I will definitely be back!
