this office really angered me today! i had 2 appointments for my kids, back to back. i signed them in to their appointments and signed the forms for treatment. i needed to drop them and come back and the office wouldn't treat them because of that. the kids are 13 and 16. it's not like the office is baa as baby sitting! i'm so annoyed that they refused to treat them today!

I wouldn’t even give a “1”! So I went here for my cleaning and exam and some xrays. So when I arrived I told the front desk I had a xray somewhere else. They still took xrays and charged me$146.00 and my insurance didn’t pay. So I have a bill of $146.00 but, the office manager says they never sent me a bill why?? This via the first problem. Because if I knew about the balance I could have paid with my hsa card! But because they didn’t bill me from 2018 my Hsa card won’t cover previous year bills. Then I had some fillings done and they overcharged me 63.00 and refused to give me my refund saying they applied it to my previous bill. A bill aI was not aware of. BEWARE THEY OVERCHARGING !!! And clearly have a lot of billing issues and don’t care about overcharging you!!! Don’t visit here you will pay more than its worth. They don’t communicate charges or things not covered by insurance and pop up with surprise bills!!

Got a bill 6 months after having a filling done first part that was very un professional. Second it's taken me over 90 days to get a hold of them. They keep send the bill and notice that they are sending my bill to collection yet I had called them over 30 times in 90 days with no answer or call back. Most unprofessional dental office I've ever been to.

I was referred by my chiro, dr Rick next door his wife runs the office next door. I had the most pleasant visit and they gave me the best advice for my issues. I never felt so comfortable at the dentist. Would deffintly refer my friends and family. Answered all my questions made sure I was okay during my routine check up.
