My Crossroads Dentist

I started going to My Crossroads Dentist last year after we moved here from another state. All of the staff is very friendly and Dr. Cain is very knowledgeable and caring. They do not push procedures or products but simply recommend what they advise, if it's something more important, they will highly recommend but are never pushy or have anything but an upbeat demeanor even if you say no. They are also great with my kids. They are extremely transparent with costs. They will let you know real time if something will cost you out of pocket or if your insurance will cover and they offer treatment plans with all costs laid out in advanced. Highly recommend.

My Crossroads Dentist is fantastic. I feel completely comfortable there.
Dr Place helped me when I needed a crown. Traci Moriarty, the dental hygienist, is amazing! I needed a deep cleaning. I barely felt the numbing shots (the most painful part). I'm so thankful for giving My Crossroads a shot. I will continue to go to them for all future dental care!!

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist but not anymore! The staff here is EXCELLENT. Aleesa was so kind, patient and gentle. I had such an amazing experience with her that I booked my daughter’s first dentist appointment with her as well! She blew me away with how kid friendly she was, making sure to show my daughter all of the tools prior to using them. I feel so thankful to have such an amazing dentist in Wentzville area.

I find the staff from the front office to the back patients care area ẁ, professional and personable. Always with a smile when
greeting. A wonderful environment to be around always. Oh the work is excellent they do a good job. I look forward to my appointments.

This was my first time at My Crossroads Dentist. Everyone was kind, helpful, informative, and welcoming. I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered. I’m making this my permanent dentist location!

This is a very up-to-date practice. New patient paperwork can be completed online. Appointment communication can be through text message. There is a large staff that is able to handle a large patient volume in a timely fashion.They checked me in right on time for my appointment and got started right away. They are very thorough and explain everything every step of the way. My exam and cleaning were efficient and there was no discomfort. They're very busy, making scheduling about 6 months out. I definitely would recommend them.

The staff is professional and made the first visit super smooth and quick. Always friendly on the phone, as well!

I can’t say enough good things about My Crossroads Dentist! Every visit is prompt and I feel well cared for. Dr. Place always makes me feel at ease.

I really hesitated to write this because we have been going to My Crossroads for about 4 years with 100%positive experiences. Our last visit there has been eating at me and I just wanted to give a fair warning to all other parents that in a pediatric case, you may not receive the best care and it can leave you very vulnerable and unprepared. If you are seeking care for a child, this is NOT the place. My Crossroads has been treating both of my kiddos since they began at the dentist. I had full confidence in them, we attended visits regularly, and as I myself as not a dentist- held faith in them because they had not ever done anything wrong, in fact, my daughter loved it there! The last visit we went in and after some X rays, and a look by the doctor, they handed me an envelope and told us we needed to find a pediatric dentist, and quickly, and sent us on our way. My son still in horrible pain and I was extremely confused and at a loss. They had treated him multiple times for cavities and cleanings and never did I ever expect for them to turn us away in a time when he needed the help most. I stayed in contact with them while we searched for a new office, alerting them that while I was searching for an office that would take a kiddo on an emergency, my son's pain was getting worse. The day following my son's initial "care" they didnt even have a doctor in office. Not sure if you have tried to get emergency treatment at a pediatric dentist within a 48 hour period not being a prior patient, but it isn't possible. The place they insisted we go to could not take us within the time frame we needed. I called Crossroads and told them that and their response was that they always do, so call them again! The place they directed me to was very apologetic but could not get us in. Only after I called Crossroads repeatedly, did they send over an antibiotic, which it was way too late by this time. I had called almost every office in St.Charles and Lincoln County with no help. The absess had gotten worse. And when I called to let Crossroads know, they said they could not help. We ended up at emergency care dental in which they pulled my 6 year olds tooth out with zero sedation or nitrous oxide. We had no other choice.
I find it hard to believe that they were unable to foretell my son would need specialized care, and left us completely helpless when things got bad. As I mentioned before, we have always received top care there, so I feel sad to have to write this. I just don't want another child to have to experience what we did.
