The staff was kind and happy to service my children, ages 2 and 4. We were seen almost immediately and they made my children feel comfortable. The Doctor was nice and they gave my kids cute bags with goodies for their teeth to take home.

I called to get new patient appointments for me and my son. We were able to get our appointments together within weeks of joining the practice. Switching to this practice couldn’t have been easier. Everything was so easy and everybody was super friendly. My hygienist put me at ease by getting to know me and having general conversation before any dental cleaning was completed. The cleaning itself was routine and I was offered a variety of entertainment options to help keep my mind off things. After the cleaning, a dentist came in and looked at my X-rays and teeth and patiently answered questions I had about myself and my son’s care. We left with happy, cleaner smiles and new patient gifts! My son ended up having a cavity that needed to be filled. We came back shortly after to get the cavity filled and we were in and out in 20 minutes. My 11 year old son didn’t feel a thing during that process. I would highly recommend!

Made our first appointment after moving to the Wentzville area which resulted in a two month wait. The office sent me a link to required paperwork which I filled out. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the office asking me if I could fill out the paperwork before arriving for my appointment, I informed her that I had already filled it out but she had no record of it. The lady asked who my insurance carrier was to which I replied Essence of Mo to which she replied that they didn’t accept Essence and that I would have to pay cash or set up payment arrangements. My wife and I waited two months for nothing.

Made a appointment due to a cracking tooth concern. As a new patient this process can take a long time to ever get into a office in Troy. However, they got me in as soon as possible. My patient forms stated I had anxiety with dentists, and they did and outstanding job to make sure I was comfortable. Got to know me as a patient, and made me feel comfortable expressing my concerns. Their all so friendly and greet you with big smiles and lovely conversations. I definitely found my new dentist office! :)

This is a top notch dentist office. I went to three different highly rated dentist offices in St Charles County for counseltations for veneers, and Kraner was by far the most informative and professional. Kraner did my veneers and they did an incredible job - I am so happy with the results and I get compliments on how great my teeth look. I just took my 3 young children to Kraner for their first cleaning, and everything went wonderfully. I highly recommend this dentist office!
