Kraner Family Dentistry

Kraner Family Dentistry is FANTASTIC! When we moved to Wentzville, I was afraid that we would have to go through several dentists to find one that we loved. Kraner was the first and we won't go anywhere else. Their office is beautiful, their staff is kind, their hygienists are gentle, and their doctors are knowledgeable and wonderful. I have never once felt like they were trying to get me to do more work that was necessary. I always leave with teeth that are very clean and feeling great! I have NEVER left with throbbing gums after my cleaning from a hygienist that was too rough. They use ultrasonic cleaning and have top of the line instruments. I am confident that I am getting excellent dental care. They also have TV screens on the ceilings for you to watch whatever you want on or offer music to you. They make you as comfortable as you want to be. You will not be disappointed when you give Kraner Family Dentistry a try!!!!!

Always so friendly. Everyone that works there is happy to be there. That shows in the great atmosphere. They also take great care of your time and time being there. I also appreciate the way they have designed the entire place not only for convenience but for safety and making the place pleasant to look at. They have the newest technology that makes going to the dentist a little bit easier. Not everyone likes to go to the dentist, I get that but Kraner makes the experience pleasant. I've had a lot of work done here and I can say I've been pleased with each outcome and happy that I made the choice to go and stay with Kraner Dentistry.

Everyone here is extremely nice and I haven't had any issues with the work they've done. That being said, I would never recommend them. They almost put me in $10k debt for no reason.

I recently came back to start the overhaul in my mouth. I've been without insurance for many years and my teeth are in bad condition. I went in knowing this and knowing that it was going to be expensive. Dr Brad did xrays and an exam and recommended extraction or a root canal on 3 of my molars, along with a myriad of other treatments for other teeth, totaling somewhere around 10 grand after insurance. I was 100% ready to go into debt with these treatments, but at the end of the visit, I asked him what was dire and what could wait just a few months (2-3) so that I could ease my financial burden. He would not answer that question directly and made it all seem incredibly urgent and that nothing could wait for any amount of time.

After that, I sought a second opinion using the xrays from this office. My new dentist saved the three molars that Kraners office recommended I root canal or extract. My new dentist also took new xrays and showed me that the xrays from Kraner Dentistry were so dark and grainy (bad quality) that my decay looked significantly worse than it really was.

Everyone here is very nice, but completely nonunderstanding of monetary limitations and extremely pushy.

We are new to Wentzville, and my 9 year old son had a horrible toothache. I called this wonderful office and they got us in that very day, the Thursday before the 4th of July. Registration was so simple, all forms were online and I could complete them before arriving. Once we arrived we were greeted by friendly people and a welcoming waiting room. The dentist and tech were fantastic!! They took their time explaining things to my son and myself, he needed a tooth pulled, the sooner the better. They we patient and kind to my son who was scared to death. They have TV's in the ceiling and headphones to try to help make kids feel more comfortable, they let him choose his show on Netflix to help. They also have Nitrous and are trained for kids. They went over every part of the charges with me before the procedure which I found to be very reasonable. I will be setting up our whole family with this dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Being fairly new to the area and after doing some research, we found Kraner Family Dentistry. Our first appointment was last week and it was amazing!! We got a quick tour of the facilities and met some of the staff before settling in for the appointment (cleaning). The assistant was phenomenal as she walked us through each step of the process and took her time to get to know us and what was important to us about our dental needs/wants/desires. The dentist was also great and talked to us through the process.

Through it all Kraner Family Dentistry was open, honest and up front about everything that would happen not only for that day but also gave us a plan for going forward for some other work that needs to be done.

Kraner Family Dentistry is now our family’s dentist going forward and we look forward to many more comfortable and family oriented visits!! Thank you!!

1st time at Kraner Family Dentistry. Very modern and up to date equipment. Staff were friendly and nice. Overall I would say they exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Kraner! I felt very valued as a client and everyone was very helpful and nice…you can tell they like what they do! Melissa was my hygienist and we immediately make a connection. The facility was amazing, I loved the beach scene above my chair and there are TVs there as well so you can stream your favorite show while getting your procedure done! Very refreshing to finally find a home dentist.
