I have never been to a dental office with such a caring and gentle staff. They care about you personally as well as your dental health. They thoroughly explain why they do each procedure and what it will feel like and the necessity for everything that is done. They are so gentle and as painless as possible.

This is by far, the best dental office I have ever been to, across the country!

I have been a patient of doctor Taylor's since he started his practice in Billings. I'm always greeted by name when I come in for my appointments and all staff is very friendly. I know I'm getting wonderful dental care and am always pleased when I leave the office. If you are in need of a new dentist, Dr. Taylor would be a great choice.

My family has been very impressed with the care provided by Dr. Taylor's office. Many offices today are getting larger and larger and it is difficult to really know your dentist. However, that is not the case with Dr. Taylor's office. This office is focused on serving a smaller number of patients with a personal level of care that is getting harder and harder to find. I would highly recommend this office.

I love going to the dentist at Taylor Dental! They greet you with a smile and know your name when you walk in the door. The staff is very professional and they do excellent work! Best dentist I have ever been to!

My wife and I recently moved back to Billings and were shopping for a new dentist. Our neighbors highly recommended Dr. Taylor and his team, so we gave them a try. I called and scheduled an appointment and immediately over the phone had a good feeling about the office.
We did not like the high-pace, in-and-out setting of some of the other, larger offices in town (cranking out patients and getting everything done in 20 minutes might sound appealing, but are you receiving good care?) We desired a more complete, personable, one on one approach. This is exactly what I received while at Taylor's office. As a new patient, I was taken aside and spoke with not only the assistant, who was very friendly throughout the entire process, but the dentist himself as well. Everything that we would be doing was gone over in detail and I was given ample time to ask any questions.
I was very impressed by the more traditional style the office had, along with the thoroughness of treatment I received. Being a first time patient, I was first going to have x-rays and an exam done, and then a cleaning later on based on that (instead of just a general cleaning and out the door). After these were finished, they happen to have a cancelation (which told me they don't double-book people) and were able to get the cleaning done as well.
Very happy with everything I had done. My wife and I (and soon our first child) will definitely be coming back and passing on the recommendation!

I am not able to say enough positive about Dr. Taylor and his staff. My family and I have been coming to this office for many years. They are very gentle, caring, and helpful. I have some anxiety and they always make me feel comfortable, address the issues the I present with very honestly and professionally. They are able to refer out if need be, working really well with other doctors to complete whatever is required to come to the best possible result. I would highly recommend Dr. Taylor and the girls that assist him !!

The best customer service I've ever gotten a dentist office! The dentist was very friendly, informative and easy to talk to! From the minute you walked in you felt welcome by the wonderful receptionist!! The atmosphere is very Pleasant and comfortable. I recommend this place anyone! Plus if you were a good patient you get cookies and chocolate at the end! What more could ask for......

I absolutely love Taylor Dentistry! Now, who can say that about their dentist? Dr. Taylor is awesome and treats you with the greatest of care. As for his staff, they are all such nice people and amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

Doctor TAYLOR'S office has a great staff and atmosphere. Clean comfortable from the lobby to the chair. The staff was quick to greet me , get me back , they were polite and took the time to answer my questions. All around about the best experience and service you can hope for ,from the DENTIST office!

Very good Dentist and Staff. They are professional and friendly and I consider them an extended family. Susie the hygienist is the best. Michelle the Receptionist is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Zachary Taylor DDS is nothing short of a miracle worker. He is up to date on all the modern technology and procedures. I had a problem in my gums that could have been detrimental to my teeth, gums and smile, and thanks to his knowledge of modern dentistry he saved them all. My mouth is good as new. I would recommend these professionals to anyone.
