First and foremost: they were amazing! I have bad dental fears but Dr. Luther and her nurses were extremely kind and understanding. They let me have breaks during my procedure and even called the next day to check in.
When I called with some questions, Dr. Luther even called me back personally! (I expected the nurse to call back which is what happened the first time I had questions.) Fantastic service.
Going back for more work next week. Thanks, ladies!

Witnessed a father bring in his approximately 4 year old child to get a filling fixed. He was asked to wait outside in his vehicle while his daughter went back to the dental chair. The child didn’t want her father to leave her. Father appeared anxious. He asked again if it was okay to be with her and again the front staff encouraged him to wait in his vehicle. This is poor customer service. Every parent should have the choice to stay with their minor child if they choose to. Staff were very insensitive to the situation.
