I had to switch my younger son to a new dentist as the place he was going to no longer wants to deal with medicad patients. My son just turned 7. I have never seen a dentist so kind and calm with a little kid. They paid attention to my son's needs and worked with him. He can't stand the taste of the stuff or the feeling of stuff in his mouth and the assistant made sure she rinsed and sucked often for him. He was hard to numb at his last visit and the dentist was very patient and he numbed him until my son was good. Most dentist are on a time limit especially if the are paid through medicad but first dentist I felt didn't judge he did his job and my son isn't scared to go there. He actually gets excited even for fillings.
