If I could give Island View 10 stars it still wouldnt be enough. This is hands down the best dental office in Grand Island. Starting with check in it is quick and easy. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment. They run on time and dont keep you waiting. Once you go back to the rooms you will see that they have awesome views out large windows which help keep you at ease and make you comfortable. They also have TVs and headphones if you want. The techs are friendly and nice and get right to work doing your cleaning or getting you ready for the doctor.
I typically see Dr. Serbousek at Island View. In my almost 50 years he is the only dentist who not only asked if I knew I ground my teeth while sleeping but told me I did. He also went on to explain why it was so important to know this and to do something to remedy it. Lots of dentists have asked me if I knew this but have never told me I did or offered any other information. What a stupid question to ask, what someone does while sleeping especially when they know you do due to their training and experience but to not tell you why you need to fix it is even worse. After following Dr. Serbousek's advice and getting a night guard everything he said would happen has happened. My headaches and jaw aches have diminished. My tooth sensitivity Is almost non existent and my teeth and gums are healthier. I am no longer trying to grind my teeth out of my mouth while sleeping which has made them less painful and made them feel like they are no longer wiggly in my gums. When I think of all the damage to my teeth that could have been avoided if any of my previous dentists had been as proactive in treatment as Dr. Serbousek was it makes me angry. Root canals and cavities and just general pain could have been drastically reduced because I wouldnt have been grinding and wearing my teeth down. This isnt the only mouth problem Dr. Serbousek has solved for me and my family but is definitely the most important. Everytime I've had an issue and followed his recommendations the problem has been solved.
If you need to see a dentist or are just looking for a new one I highly recommend Isalnd View. You will never need to find another dental office if you you start going to Island View. They do everything they can to make you comfortable and at ease. They work quickly and efficiently and dont keep you waiting.

First time coming here, came for an xray and cleaning today and they did amazing, they have payment plans for above 200 which is great for someone like me who doesn't have insurance, thoroughly explained everything and made sure to see if I had any questions, talked to me about all my options and kept me informed throughout the whole appointment, 10/10 would come again and highly recommend
