Our family has been going to Island View Dental since we moved to Central Nebraska in 2005. We have had the opportunity to be seen by several of their dentists, and most of their hygenists/dental assistants many times, and we have ALWAYS felt that we were being taken care of. Even for just a cleaning, the dentist always comes and takes a look to make sure everything looks good, and will always answer whatever questions we have. We have 3 children who have all had braces put on through Island View, and all 3 have turned out fantastic. Our youngest daughter had an impacted wisdom tooth that needed pulled, and because it proved more difficult, the dentist there was not afraid to refer her on to an oral surgeon rather than trying to do it himself. This proved to me that they truly care about their patients and what is best for us!! We even have two different dental plans through both my husband and myself, and we had an instance in which one of those plans had not paid everything they should have, and their billing staff went above and beyond to do research on our claim and submit the information the insurance company needed so we did not have to pay for those charges out of our own pocket. I would HIGHLY recommend Island View Dental, and ANY of their dentists!!
