Best dental place in GI hands down. Such an amazing atmosphere as soon as you walk in and the staff is so caring. They make you feel welcomed and a very very clean place.

First and foremost, I'm really disappointed I have to write such a negative review, I have put off having dental work for way too long and was extremely excited to get my teeth fixed! Unfortunately I was and still am experiencing extreme pain from some teeth that needed root canals, and another that needed pulled, I had initially set up an appointment for the next day, because that was the soonest they could get me in, but I couldn't tolerate the pain anymore, and asked if there was anyway I could be seen that same day! They told me the could squeeze me in and I was extremely grateful! I came in and they took xrays and we set up an appointment to get the procedures done, I was so excited! Around $1600 for two root canals and an extraction, not too bad, I thought! I was prescribed an antibiotic, but no pain medication, which would have been fine, had I not been in extreme pain and they could get me in right away, but I would have to wait a week! So I asked the young lady taking care of me, if I could get any pain meds to get me through til the procedure was done? She convinced me that the antibiotic would start working immediately and the pain should subside as soon as the next day and that a mixture of tylenol and ibprofen would be sufficient to alleviate the pain, I trusted that she was right, but it turns out she wasn't! The next day at work I was suffering horribly, so I called frustrated that I had been told the pain should subside and it actually had gotten worse! The lady on the phone was extremely dismissive towards my claim, and informed me that, "they don't just prescribe pain medication," like I was some kind of drug abuser, which was fairly offensive to say the least, when I don't even remember the last time I took a pain pill! Long story short they called me in to do a procedure where they drill out the root and put medication in the tooth, and told me that that should eliminate my pain, but because I was becoming skeptical about their pain management system, I wanted to make sure that if the procedure was done that the pain would in fact be eliminated, and also that if there was pain after the other procedures, how would it be handled. I was informed by the dentist that they don't prescribe "narcotics" for acute pain! Interestingly enough, he had reasoning that he stood by, some studies or what not! But just based on my own personal experience, narcotics treat tooth pain really well temporarily! I thought if I'm supposed to go through this extremely painful experience with little to no pain management, I would in fact go to another dentist office, and decided to! While I'm sure they have good reasons, I can't imagine a more fitting pain for narcotics than tooth pain! Luckily I got home and went through my medicine cabinet and had some leftover pain meds from my last dental visit, and that should get me through til I can see a dentist that cares about the amount of pain I'm in! It's borderline torture to put someone through that experience! And I truly wish that on no one! They seem like genuinely nice people who are just over opinionated about how to go about pain management, but like I say, personal experience tells me that it's much more easy to tolerate the pain with proper medication, and narcotics aren't bad if prescribed and taken properly, and those of us who don't abuse medication shouldn't be punished for other peoples poor decision making! Maybe I was just targeted and they thought I was a drug abuser, but if you're in severe pain, and you want immediate relief, I recommend going somewhere else! I walked out of their office knowing I had made the right decision!

Dr. Riley Santin and his hygienist Theresa were outstanding. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all thoroughly and patiently. I look forward to my next appointment in 6 months!

If you want to be lied to and overcharged, "Claimed it was in network" then this is the dental office to go to, They will do and say anything to get you to agree to a treatment plan and then once those bills start rolling in and your insurance company is not in network like they "swore" they were... they turn you over to collections. Do yourself a favor and do your homework, call your insurance to make sure you are in network because this office will lie to you!

I have been going here since I was 9 yrs old and my sister threw a brush at me and broke my front teeth and dr Lofgren took out a personal loan to get needed equipment as he had only been in practice a few days !! He is the best as well as all the staff !! Love them !!

Was there a couple of weeks ago. I’d say it is my favorite place that I’ve been to, my cleaning went very smooth and the person who did it was very nice and professional. I’d definitely recommend this place for future dental care.

After a bad experience at Aspen Dental I was so relieved to find this place! All around the service was amazing! They were not pushy to do extra services and were even able to get me in last minute. I'm so glad I took a chance and tried them out!

So comforting to go to such great people, i was terrified to go after bad experiences in the past growing up! They are very gently, kind, and take time to talk to you, no rushing at all! They make sure you are comfortable and pain-free and not anxious!
