Just not enough nice words to adequately describe Dr, Khan and the whole staff!!!!! The first 10 min of my very first appointment, I knew I had the right place!! And they definitely have the right stuff, kind compassionate, generous, I'm in the process of extensive dental work and have complete faith in all that they do!! Don't take my word for it,

Dentistry for Health is the best dental provider I have found in Omaha. We moved here 11 years ago and I had some bad experiences before I found Dentistry for Health. I feel that I get the best care at Dentistry for Health that I have ever gotten. The staff are excellent. Dr Khan and her team provide top notch care. I have never had a problem with billing questions and they have been willing to work with me on payment plans when needed. I highly recommend Dentistry for Health!

If you have ever had a second thought about going to the dentist because of the wait, the treatment, the cleaning process, etc. you MUST go to Dentistry for Health. The Staff - from the moment you step in the door - gives you the immediate feeling that this IS going to be a great experience! They are knowledgeable, thorough...they actually follow the scheduled appointment time - and you always leave with a brighter smile and knowledge you need to maintain a healthy mouth! Dr. Khan and your excellent staff...thank you for your professionalism and expertise!

Best experience ever!! I haven't been the to dentist in a while! And I was so nervous and anxious, but I should have known I was in good hands as soon as I walked through the door the atmosphere is so welcoming and Ty at the front desk was really nice. But I was still nervous because I have the lowest tolerance for pain! Before I could think about the cost I wanted to know how much pain I was going to be in, after having a bad experience with a previous dentist I thought I was scarred for life . But Dr. Khan and Dr. Nensel are so nice and really understanding, they both made sure that I understood my options and what was going to happen. I did have a breakdown and started balling my eyes out and the only thing they had done was numb my mouth. But Dr. Khan came in and told me to "breathe like a yogi" =D which will forever be stuck in my head! Any who after calming down slightly she started the procedure, even there some discomfort which was to be expected. I actually started to relax during the process after I realized that I was experiencing little to no pain, just a lot of pressure. It also helped that the dental assistant Jackie was making me laugh. But I would just like to thank Dr. Khan, Dr. Nensel, and Lynn for keeping me informed from start to finish making sure I knew exactly what was going to happen. This will be the only dentist office that I will be going to, they really take care of you and make you feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found them!

The experience was great at first then it wasn't. Nice, friendly and welcoming staff. I went in for a cleaning and then fillings on another visit. One of the fillings chipped the day after it was completed. Luckily it was repaired a few days later and everything seems to be holding up.

After the cleaning appointment was completed I was told I was responsible for a specific dollar amount for the fillings and if not it would be very close to it. I felt confident about the information I was given because I could surprisingly hear my information being checked with my insurance company from the lobby before I went in for the cleaning.

Almost a month later I received an additional bill for the fillings. When I called Dentistry for Health, I was told this is common and that it is impossible to know the exact amount of the bill at that time.

I talked to my insurance company and apparently the correct questions were not asked when checking my coverage. The person who I overheard checking my coverage with the insurance company wouldn't own up to that. Instead of listening to him talk in circles, I decided to just pay for his mistake and call it a day.

Hopefully he has learned form this and wont do the same to someone else. Feels like a bait and switch but really it was a mistake that could have been easily avoided and I got stuck with the bill. Lesson learned.

Will not return. I have three primary complaints. First, this provider lacks transparency in their pricing and billing practices. They charged me at the time of service for a follow up to TMJ consultant (wasn't expecting the charge since we paid $342 for the consult), plus billed my insurance meaning that when I had my biannual cleaning, it was denied. BE AWARE that this provider is approximately double the price of other providers ($85 here vs. $48 at my primary dentist's for an exam).
Second, the TMJ mouthpieces she provided were unusable. The first one was painful, the second was too large.
Third, Dr. Khan seem to be trying to drum up business for a spa she owns. She advised that we buy Botox and massage services from her.
In two visits, I was charged almost $500 for a few minutes in the office and two unusable mouth guards. The only reason it hasn't been more costly is that I declined spa services and cancelled the next follow up visit.
All in all, I'm leaving this experience feeling totally ripped off.

Dr Higgins & her staff were great. Very kind & professional. I was extremely pleased with the dental procedure.

I am a sleep apnea patient for 15+ years and was having troubles that were getting worse. I was referred to Dentistry for Health and Dr. Robin Khan for a potentially new and better treatment. I interfaced with approximately 6 individuals during my treatment. This staff is top notch! From Dr. Khan, her assistant, the dental staff, and the office staff....thanks so much for making this a positive experience. The challenges that I had with the sleep apnea feel well under control. This staff is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would recommend this team for all of your dental and sleep apnea needs. WELL DONE!

Dr. Kahn is the best Dentist ever. She is very compassionate and a perfectionist of her work. The staff at Dentistry for Health are some of the most polite people around and very professional. What a great find for me, I wish I would have found Dentistry for Health sooner
