Honestly, I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. No, really … I did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well organized. They set me on a plan that is comprehensive; that I feel is manageable.

The communication about billing is terrible. We received a bill under my wife's account that we were unsure about. My wife called to determine what exactly the bill was for. Kathy told My wife that she could not find the information and would call back when it was located. Months later, with no return phone call, the bill was reported to collections without any notification. After another phone call with Kathy my wife was finally able to determine that the charge was not in fact for a service she had done, but for a cleaning for me that should have been on my account. If this information would have been communicated during the first phone call we would have resolved the bill.

Legacy Dental is hands down the best!! I promise you cannot convince me of anywhere else that cares about their patients the way they do. From the receptionist(s) to the BEST hygienist there ever was 🙌🏼 to the Dr.’s in this office, they make you feel comfortable and ease any concerns you may have. They truly care about their patients and it shows!! I don’t dread my appointments because of them. Thank you Legacy Dental for being just what our family needs!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the people at Legacy. From my first phone call I felt confident this was where I wanted to receive my dental care. Everyone was professional, welcoming and fully present for me from the greeting on arrival and throughout my visit and the followup phone call the next day. This has been my best dental visit ever! I am confident I will continue to to experience excellent care at Legacy. I actually look forward to my next visit. This team is the best!

What an amazing experience. Amber is the best hygienist I have ever been too. I have sensitive teeth and gums. She was so gentle and thorough. She gave me recommendations for tooth paste and tooth brush to help with sensitivity and cleaning to help avoid future damage to my gum tissue. Doctor Semerad was amazing. She took care of an old filling in need of repair and was attached to a new cavity. I could not feel a thing. Amazing work. Amazing staff who are friendly and know their stuff! The rest of the staff is fantastic and friendly as well. The office is great and in top condition. They want to stop problems before they happen. They want to help prevent issues from happening down the road and I love that. They truly care about you as a patient and and your dental care.

I wanted a dentist closer to home, so I decided to try Legacy Dental. Sara did a great job explaining the process of everything needed for a new patient visit and cleaning my teeth. She was very personable and genuine. Dr. Larsen also took time to explain everything and get to know me and was very helpful with the questions I had. Not only is the location convenient, it was easy to get a quick appointment and the entire staff was very kind!
