Our entire family sees Dr. Trumm at Quality Dental. We have been impressed by Dr. Trumm and his entire staff. They are conscientious, caring, and competent. My husband and I visited several times before we brought our son to see him. Our son has Autism and had a traumatic experience with a dentist as a young child. Dr. Trumm and all of his staff are patient and adapt their work to our son's needs. I recommend Quality Dental Care to everyone.

I was going to give 5 stars at first because of the reviews and my first time experience. The doctor we had was very friendly, and the staffs as well. However, when i called back to ask for rescheduling my dad’s appointment at around 5pm, the staff kept talking and asking me to call back in the morning while I’m trying to explain my situation, and he even told me that they close at 5pm while their Google profile showing they close at 6pm. I do understand the hard feeling to have customer at last minute before closing, but can you understand for my situation as well? And please don’t lie!

I have always been afraid to go to the dentist therefore never went. A lady at work told me to go & try Quality Dental Care. I was very nervous but went ahead & made an appointment. I knew when I went to that appointment that I was going to be told that I required a lot of work to be done to my teeth. As I feared I was correct. Dr. Tipp & the whole team at Quality Dental Care made my first visit as relaxing as possible for me. The next 5 appointments I had got better each & every time. They made sure I was comfortable, experiencing as less as pain as possible. The entire team there is very friendly & it is simply amazing that they remember who you are. I saw two team members at the grocery store & they both came up & greeted me & asked how I was doing. They did not have to do this as this was their own personal time. This shows what wonderful people Quality Dental Care has on their team.
I am proud to say that I no longer have anxiety before going to the dentist & this is all to the Quality Dental Care team. If it wasn't for them making me feel comfortable the minute I walked into the door I would still probably be walking around in pain to this day.
