Dr. Velayo, and her entire team are quite extraordinary and it is an absolute pleasure being their patient and giving them my business.

Dr. Velayo's team excel on all three dimensions of medical care that matter to me: 1) medical skill, 2) customer service, and 3) the use of technology to reduce downtime and increase the quality of care.

Dr. Velayo is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine; among the finest dental schools in the nation. Her training shows in her work. Her questioning technique, listening skills, treatment, chair-side manner, and post treatment follow-through is impeccable. There is a difference between being 'good' and being 'great'. Dr. Velayo is great.

Ever member of her staff has mastered the art of being 'present' while interacting with their patients. They greet you with a warm smile and while talking to you, they look you in the eye, versus being focused on their computer screen. When they say they will call you 'in the morning', they actually do call you in the morning. The doctor and her staff explain every step of the process or treatment you are about to undertake and ensure you feel comfortable in proceeding before they jump to the next topic or step in the process. It is sad to say how rare common courtesy is nowadays, but at Dr. Velayo's office, you will experience it fully and consistently.

And, finally..the use of technology; amazing. Beyond the basics of handling new patient paperwork, or notifying you of upcoming appointments, the use of technology in capturing images, identifying problems, design a crown for your tooth right in the office and then using a 3D printer to make the crown, on the spot, it is just fantastic.

Some of the BEST service I have EVER received from a dental visit! A filling fell out exposing my nerve at 4:45pm and they got me in at 6pm. They closed at 7pm, but Dr. Lipman and Dania volunteered to stay until they prepared my tooth, created a permanent crown on the spot and had everything fixed in less than 2 hours. UNBELIEVABLE service! Who does that? Rachel was kind at the front desk, Dr. Lipman was engaging and Dania was kind and focused. Dr. V, you should be proud! This is a solid team and I can't thank you enough for the service. THANK YOU!

Let me start off by saying I haven't been to the dentist in YEAAAARS. I was very nervous going back to see ANY dentist because I knew it wasn't going to be good. I ended up at Green Valley Smiles because of its amazing reviews, and now I see why they have such a high rating. The ENTIRE staff is a pleasant group of helpful and friendly people. The wait times in general were minimal (almost non existent) - I'm talking about in the waiting room, in the dental room waiting for Dr. Velayo, for them to clear things with my insurance, and then eventually waiting for the Oral Hygienist, Emily. Very little wait time, and when there was, they kept me updated on what was going on. One thing I do love about this place is that Dr. Valeyo checks your teeth, explains (in words people would understand) what is good/bad and what work is needed. What sets them apart from my previous dentist is that they went over with me the cost of EVERYTHING prior to actually going through with any of the procedures. Meaning, I didn't get slapped with a bill of an unknown amount at the end of the appointment - Thank you, Green Valley Smiles!

As far as the procedures went (I had a few fillings and a deep cleaning), everything went well. I didn't feel a thing. The only "painful" part was from me having to keep my mouth open for so long. However, they did ask constantly if everything was okay and if I was comfortable. Dr. Valeyo and her staff also took every opportunity to ask if I had any questions and made sure that I was well informed on how to continue getting my teeth at a healthier state.

I could not be happier that I have found a dental office that I now actually see myself going to regularly.

I love this dentist office. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always check if I'm okay throughout the visit and are happy to answer any questions, which is extremely helpful for my anxiety. I definitely recommend this place.

Let me start by saying that each and every time I visit this dental office it’s an experience of enjoyment. From the staff to the equipment used, and everything in between. I have had my fair share of bad dentist and dental “nightmares” and. Can assure you that here at green valley smiles the number one priority is your comfort and your health. They are always checking in on you in between any wait times (for any crown work they have a machine here that molds and fires the polymers so they can do the entire procedure in one visit, that’s right all done in a day!), and making sure that you’re comfortable; sunglasses to help with the lights, water if you’re thirsty, numbing medicine to help if you’re still sensitive, etc. I cannot stress this enough, when I come here I feel like I’m being helped and handled with care, I will always recommend this dentistry to my family and friends, and anyone in between. Oh I almost forgot, they also have multiple ways to pay, Get financed and/ or even disperse payments to a payment plan, this is especially helpful because I don’t I’ve dental insurance so out of pocket fees can be kind of steep in my experience with other facilities. Went in for my check up today. Everyone is always friendly. Emily took the time to go above and beyond cleaning my teeth and also giving me some great tips to stay mouth healthy. We will see you in six months! Thanks again.

I'm a new patient since February of this year and all vistits have been exceptional, comfortable, and quick! Dr. Saloni Luckoor and her team are great and I highly recommend seeing her.

No clue how this place has high reviews. Dental cleaning was very rough and cleaner made it painful when it didn’t have to be. I kept wondering why all these different people kept coming in my cleaning room. This dragged out to be over 2 hours for a deep clean and cleaning. My jaw hasn’t been the same since. The dentist gave me a quote for some work and he looked like he was maybe 20 years old. This place felt like everything was just wrong here. Be careful.

I love the entire team here this past Friday 11/30/18 I was having oral surgery done. I made a boo boo and ate a doughnut before I my appointment. Well they couldn't give me the anesthesia so I had 2 choices reschedule or do it the old school way with numbing shots. I went with the numbing shots. Dr. Calder was so smooth with his work I thought he was joking when he said he was done with the 3 extractions It took only a few minutes and yes there was a bit of pressure but it felt as if he was just brushing my teeth. I am so grateful to them and look forward to restoring my smile with them.
